Aqua Fort Lauderdale features a beautiful courtyard entrance as well as a beautiful patio that you can access directly from your bedroom. You'll find a lush backyard designed with your privacy in mind, there is a 6’ tall privacy fence along with mature clusia bushes surrounding the property. This is a great home base for you to enjoy a memorable South Florida vacation.
The space
You'll find that the apartment was designed with great attention to detail. Inside you'll have access to two LG Smart TVs, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, and many other small details that you are sure to enjoy. Outside you'll be greeted with the lush tropical landscaping native to South Florida.
Guest access
Aqua’s guest have the use of all of the interior of the apartment, a shaded patio and gas grill area, a courtyard in the front and a sunny patio in the backyard. Right outside your backdoor are free full size washer and dryer. Your off street parking is adjacent to the security gate entranced.
Other things to note
A no smoking policy is strictly enforced; please no smoking cigarettes or vaping inside of the unit. An additional $250 will be charged for cleaning if guests smoke inside the unit. Smoking is permitted outside in the front courtyard, on the side patio walkway, or the back patio and backyard. Make sure doors and windows are securely closed when smoking outside.
