This location is easy to drive out of the neighborhood onto Highway 89A since there is a traffic light at the intersection.

The home is very private and quiet, yet within walking distance to Whole Foods, Bashas', mountain bike rentals, a Harkins movie theater, and wonderful local eateries. Parking for 4 vehicles.

Great house suitable for a couple's quiet weekend, for a family get together, for friends' yoga retreat or golfing trip. Our guests tell us that they enjoy the close proximity to hiking and biking trails without being stuck in the traffic, that they enjoy a privacy of a backyard with a hot tub and lounging around the fire pit or playing a round of pool.

Bedrooms: Get your perfect night’s sleep on the king size bed in the primary suite with an ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds, and one of them includes a convenient pull-down Murphy bed for additional flexibility.

Game room: For entertainment, the dedicated game room is sure to delight! Featuring a pool table, chess and checkers, plus fun egg chairs that overlook the area, it’s the ideal spot for friendly competition.

Laundry room: The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a separate room, free of charge.

NO EXTRA CLEANING at check out! You are on a vacation, and we want you to enjoy your stay!

Maximum stay at the property is 10 days.

There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room but for the safety reasons we ask our guests to not use it.

Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside. If we detect signs of smoking, there is a minimum of $1,500 fine plus the full charge of replacing all the bed linens, towels, and getting rid of smell.

QUIET HOURS - This home is in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am. The city of Sedona has enacted strict noise ordinances that are applicable at all rentals. Violation could result in a fine from the city and a removal from the house without refund.
