Magnificent 5BR/4BA pool home nestled below majestic mountain views on a huge ½-acre lot in the private entry gated community in Indio. Private backyard featuring a sparkling pool and spa, lush landscaping, putting green, and other features make this the perfect luxury desert retreat. Highly upgraded gourmet kitchen with gorgeous finishes and all floor-to-ceiling glass windows facing the backyard entertainment area. Close to area attractions including shopping/restaurants, Golf, Tennis, Festivals, Events, and more.
Enjoy the tranquility ‘Desert Waterway’ offers while keeping the classic old Palm Springs alive. The space is ideal for families to be together while each room provides a generous amount of space and privacy for each guest. Entire home including three-car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Four Bedrooms are as follows: Primary Bedroom features a California King bed with large 65" LG SmartTV, a giant walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door to enter/exit the backyard pool area. The Primary also contains an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, soak tub, and double vanity sinks . Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two Twin XL beds which can also be converted to one California King with optional sheets provided. Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed. Bathroom #2 is located in the hallway and features a double-vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Bedroom #5 is a Casita with private entry/exit to the front-of-the-home entry way, 60” Samsung SmartTV, and an en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower. Additional half-bathroom is by the front door in the hallway. The Family Room by the front door is a flex space with a pull-out sofa queen bed, extra seating, a 65” Samsung SmartTV, and wardrobe clothes storage. There is also an outdoor half-bathroom with sink/toilet along with a hot or cold-water outdoor shower by the pool area. There is an office desk in the hallway by the casita.
‘Desert Waterway’ showcases a beautiful pool/entertainment area features a large elevated spa with waterfall for eight people, a huge salt-water 40ft long by 20ft wide by 7ft deep pool, putting green with four holes, and propane BBQ/firepit/moveable standup heaters. Spacious outdoor dining area with seating for eight. Lounge chairs and cushioned seating for ultimate entertaining comfort and entertaining. There are grapefruit trees to pick for a delicious juice. Newly constructed (2025) outdoor shower with hot or cold water and half-bath for pool area convenience. Nighttime is illuminated with dangling atmospheric bottled lighting. Majestic views of the western Santa Rosa mountains for spectacular evening sunsets.
Strong home wide wi-fi Spectrum internet package at up to 600mbps. The living room has an L-shaped sofa sectional, plenty of chairs, a gas fireplace, and a 65” Samsung SmartTV with Spectrum Cable Box. The living room also has views of the open kitchen/dining areas along with the air hockey room.
Highly upgraded gourmet kitchen with large cooking island and gorgeous finishes open to your amazing backyard view. Amenities include a double-oven, wine fridge, toaster, microwave, blender, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with starter pods, and more. Pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, and silverware to handle up to twelve guests. All the fixings for your next delicious family meal. Also has a seating-for-four island area to hang out and chat while the Chef is in action.
There is a second refrigerator in the large laundry room. Guests have full use of the home including the washer and dryer and garage. There are some board games along with outdoor games like corn hole and shuffle toss (please bring inside after use so the wood does not get warped). For infants there is a pack-n-play with mattress, a two-in-one seat, and a high-chair for guest use.
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10-minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. The Ralph's at Citrus Plaza is within an easily walkable distance along with many restaurants, Starbucks, and a CVS.

- One front door ring camera, one garage camera pointed toward the street, one camera in the garage, and two cameras in the back yard. Cameras are not monitored live and are for security and insurance purposes only.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.
