The Space:
This thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment blends historic charm with modern convenience. As you enter, you’ll find a sleek, fully equipped galley kitchen with modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. The open-concept living and dining area is bathed in natural light, featuring an exposed brick wall, a fireplace, and a dining table with lovely Chelsea views. The cozy living space is perfect for relaxation, complete with a 55-inch mounted flat screen TV preloaded with Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube TV. Adjacent to the living area, a stunning home office and study nook features floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a desk, and a chair, creating the ideal workspace. Both bedrooms are set at the back of the apartment for privacy and quiet. The primary bedroom easily accommodates a king-size bed, nightstands, a dresser, and built-in bookshelves.
