With comfortable, modern furnishings throughout, the Collins StayAwhile is a great option if you're in between homes, going through home renovations, experiencing damage to your own home, or working in Topeka for a few months.
The outdoor space is also a key feature of this pet-friendly property -- with a covered front porch and a large, fenced backyard.
Corporate relocation and human resource specialists may reach out on behalf of others, and we offer extensions for this Mid-Term Rental. With 30 days' notice, extensions are always an option.
*CENTRAL LOCATION: Quiet, safe neighborhood near Collins Park and Washburn Park, only a five-minute drive to the two major hospitals, the State Capitol and Washburn University.
