Le Petite Suite seamlessly combines modern design and practicality. Bright white walls, pops of green, and a paneled ceiling with beams create an inviting atmosphere. The queen-size Murphy bed folds up to reveal a comfortable couch, making it easy to transition between lounging, dining on the included tray tables, and enjoying the smart TV or electric fireplace. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep, while mood lighting, a diffuser, and functional decor add to the space’s charm.

This fully-equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, green cabinetry, and a stylish white-and-black geometric tiled backsplash. Brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a 7.1 cu ft fridge, microwave, 2-burner stovetop (hot-plate), and tabletop oven, provide all you need to cook delicious meals. Under-cabinet lighting creates a warm, welcoming ambiance. Enjoy meals at the cozy tray tables inside or take advantage of the private patio to dine al fresco by the fire table.

The pristine bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, elegant LED mirror, and soft can lights, creating a relaxing ambiance. The vanity provides ample countertop space for your essentials. Though there isn’t a sink in the bathroom, you’ll find the kitchen sink just a few steps away for convenience.

★ PRIVATE PATIO ★

The private patio is designed for comfort and style. Relax under the spacious gazebo with curtains for added privacy, or gather around the fire table while enjoying the evening. The BBQ grill is ready for your outdoor cooking needs, and charming plants and candles enhance the vibe. A neon sign adds a unique touch to this gorgeous outdoor space.

★ SHARED PARKING ★

The large shared parking area accommodates up to two vehicles for guests of Le Petite Suite. It’s shared with guests from the main house and detached guesthouse, ensuring plenty of space and easy access. Please follow the parking instructions provided at check-in to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

★ CELEBRATION PACKAGES ★

Make your stay extra special with our celebration packages. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasion worth celebrating, these packages add a personal touch to your getaway.

Our listing photos showcase the space decorated romantically with chocolates and wine, rose petals and candles—this is how we will decorate it for you, but with flameless candles for safety. Everything else stays the same, from the soothing music to the ambient lighting, creating a cozy, celebratory atmosphere. It’s a great way to enhance the mood for guests wanting to celebrate something special during their stay.

Le Petite Suite is located at the rear of the property behind the main house. This property has three separate living spaces, each with its own private area. While these spaces are detached with no shared walls, it’s common to see other guests outside. I live in the detached guesthouse, so you may occasionally see me on the property, but your space remains private for a relaxing stay.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Even though we allow pets, you can still expect the same high standards of cleanliness as a non-pet-friendly rental. Our cleaning team is thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every guest arrives to a fresh and spotless home.

★ SHARED PARKING AND WALKWAYS ★
The Lofty Lodge is a detached guesthouse on the northwest side of the main home. This property has three separate living spaces, each with its own private area. While these spaces are all detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see other guests outside.

The large shared parking area accommodates up to two vehicles for the Lofty Lodge guests. The parking area is shared with guests from the main house and detached tiny home, ensuring plenty of space and easy access. Please follow the parking instructions provided at check-in to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
You’re welcome to bring along your furry family members! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, you must include all pets in your reservation and complete the pet fee payment prior to check-in.

Our tiny home is suitable to accommodate pets, but please note that access to the yard is not permitted. However, there is a park directly across the street where you’re welcome to take your pet. Just be sure to keep them on a leash, as it is not a designated dog park.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS ★
We ask you to treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be confirmed with the host and any extra guest fees must be paid, if applicable, before arrival. If you plan to bring more than 2 guests, an extra guest fee of $20 per person per day applies for any additional guests ages 2 and up.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking during your stay! Any smoking evidence will incur a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For the safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, our property has four cameras: two overlooking the shared parking area, one monitoring the front yard/street, and one facing the patio area.

Please note that these cameras are solely for security purposes and to enforce house rules. They are not actively monitored unless there is a safety concern or security issue. We prioritize the privacy of our guests and do not use these cameras for any other purpose.
