You will love the beautiful reverse floor plan with two family rooms for entertaining guests of all ages. No need to worry about stairs - you can use the elevator to bring up grocery bags and luggage.

Our prime and very private location is off Sea Turtle Path and 2nd Street (3rd row with ocean views) and within 100 Yards to beach access. After the beach, enjoy our spacious inground pool , with lounge chairs, grill, outdoor shower, and tiki bar.

Whether the purpose of your visit to Ocean Isle Beach is a restful vacation or one filled with lots of activities, our home is the perfect place to stay. Our home was designed with comfort and luxury in mind to help make your vacation memorable.

FIRST FLOOR-

+Living area on 1st floor has second large family room (great for kids or second family)

SECOND FLOOR-

+Well-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, including convection oven, convection/microwave oven & dishwasher.

+Large kitchen counter bar with bar stools for ample seating. We provide plenty of silverware, dishes, glassware and serving utensils for entertaining in style and Keurig coffee machine. Don't forget a Seafood Boil!

+Main living area on 2nd floor. Open floor plan with plenty of seating for the whole family
+ Great room is large with accent lighting, whole island and ocean view with access to outdoor deck.
+ Custom built-in wall unit with 60' HDTV w/ Roku and Wi-Fi.
+ Large dining room table with seating for 12.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:

+ Spacious covered and uncovered decking with garage access for beach storage
+ Have your morning coffee or dinner overlooking the ocean on one of two extra large, 18x35 foot decks; the top deck is furnished with large dining table & chairs and wooden rocking chairs! There are two front decks facing the Pier and allow view of the beautiful OIB sunsets.

• All bedrooms have plush carpeting ,HDTV's w/ Roku and direct access to bathrooms.

+ Master Bath for Bedroom #1 has a custom tile and frameless glass shower, double granite topped vanity.
+ Bath for Bedroom #2 features a custom tile and frameless glass shower and tub combo and single granite topped vanity.
+ Bath for Bedroom #3 (bunk room) has a custom tile and frameless glass shower and single granite topped vanity. This bathroom also has exterior access to pool area and has added security door notification.
+ Bath for Bedroom #4 has a custom tile and frameless glass shower, double granite topped vanity.
+ Bath for Bedroom #5 features a shower and single granite topped vanity.

EXTRA AMENITIES:
• Wood trimmed 3 stop elevator (950 lb. capacity) makes bringing in groceries and luggage easy. Can accommodates wheelchair access.
• Giant 26’x14’ in-ground pool features wide stair entry for easy access.
• Fenced pool deck area includes a tiki bar (with outlets to plug in a blender, etc.) and lounge chairs.
• Propane grill available for use (refillable propane tank can be filled locally).
• Ground level includes a beach/pool shower, and changing room.
• House is equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, beach cart, and cooler to wheel the chairs and drinks to the beach.
• This home is family friendly, including pack-n-play, portable high chair, puzzles, toys, games and books.
• Guests have access to ground floor storage area to securely store toys, golf clubs, and beach equipment.

TECHNOLOGY AND SECURITY FEATURES:
• Guest access to the elevator and front door is by electronic push button deadbolt locks. No key to share! We will send you your access code prior to your arrival. Old codes from previous guests expire after their rental period.
• We are equipped with secure high speed Wi-Fi internet access to stay connected or download movies from the web.
• Large flat screen HDTVs (60' and 55') w/ Roku in both family rooms.
Guest access
Parking at our house is in front and under the house on a gravel driveway. Available parking for six cars to fit large families. Access code to the keyless entry upon your check in.
Other things to note
Minimum Stay Requirements:
- Peak Season (May to August 30th): Minimum 7-day stay (Saturday to Saturday).
- Offseason: Minimum 3-night stay.

No smoking and no pets are allowed as a courtesy to all guests. Renter must be 25+ years old and stay on premises.

*** Please be advised that we maintain 1 outdoor video camera which covers the carport, stairway entrance and pool area perimeter for security purposes ***

*** Check-in time is4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am ***

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance.

For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens and towels)
The cleaning fee on your VRBOreservation does include whole house bed linens and bath towels, as well as bed making. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.*

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

**We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
