The property is located in the city of Driggs just 1 mile from the city center with a large Broulims grocery store and many other shops and restaurants.

During the spring and summer it’s an easy 5-10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk. You are just a few minutes from boating adventures in the Teton River and world class golfing. You are also just 1.5 miles from Ski Hill Road which takes you up to beautiful Grand Targhee Ski resort (20-25 minute drive).

In just 35-40 minutes around the Teton Pass, you can visit the town of Jackson and ski Snow King. Or in 45 minutes you can arrive at Jackson Hole Mountain ski resort (Late November to early April). And just a mile later on same road is the main Grand Teton National Park entrance which leads you to Yellowstone for an easy day trip to the two national parks (May-October).

This 4-bedroom Wydaho property in fabulous Driggs boasts over 2500 feet of living space with 3 .5 bathrooms, a game room with tournament size table tennis (ping-pong) and a Ms. Pac-man and Galaga Retro game machine!

Upon entering the home, there is nice foyer area with a bench to remove those ski or hiking boots and a large coat closet.

You are then led you into the warm and inviting living room with leather sofas, marble top cocktail tables, a gas fireplace and a 65 inch Smart smart TV for your streaming pleasure.

The ample kitchen Is perfect for creating gourmet meals. There you will find a dining area with seating for six and additional seating for up to four at the large island counter. A half bath powder room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area.

The expansive Master bedroom is upstairs and includes a 55" Smart TV. The large master bathroom has a jetted Jacuzzi bath tub, with separate shower and water closet (toilet) areas.

Two additional bedrooms are across the hall from the Master. The two bedrooms share a full guest bathroom are on the top floor. Another king bed is provided in the larger of the two guest rooms located nearest the full guest bathroom and has a 65" Smart TV. And an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed is just down the hall with a 32" Smart TV. Upstairs you will also find a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

Downstairs there is a 4th bedroom which includes a triple bunk bed set-up perfect for families or groups of friends. A game room featuring tournament size table tennis and a retro video game machine that includes Pac Man, Galaga and more in located downstairs as well as an additional full bathroom.

Although rarely needed, since even in the summer the temperatures drop at night to the low to mid 40's, there are two air conditioning units in the living room and in the master bedroom. The highest temperatures during the day in the summer are typically in the mid to high 70's..
