Thank you so much for staying with us! We hope you love the home. This property is managed for a homeowner who values the home very much. Our hope is that you will treat it like your own. Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. POOL KEY FOBS are hanging on a hook near the entrance under the stairs. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the pool area, pickleball courts, bocce ball, or other community amenity areas - NO pets in the common areas. Community area hours are 7am-7pm. Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Pet Fee is $150. Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Cans may only be on the street Tuesday evening and must be pulled in by Wednesday evening. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay.
