Here, you can bask in the breathtaking view, relax, and savor fresh fruit from our trees.
With a constant cool breeze and the mesmerizing flow of wind through our lush vegetation, it's easy to get lost in the tranquility.
At Casa Pequeño Mundo, we have a pool, meditation area, and outdoor palapa bar, all for the enjoyment of our valued guests.

PROPERTY ACCESS
Casa Pequeño Mundo. If you're driving, we recommend using a 4x4 or AWD vehicle to navigate the steep and private entrance comfortably.
Alternatively, you can park on the main road and walk down to the property.
The road is occasionally slippery, so take your time and exercise caution.
Other one choice is take a taxi driver because they know this roud area.

Once you're on the property, please note that it spans three levels, and stairs are required to access all the wonderful amenities.

Mismaloya is a charming, safe, You'll find all the essentials you need within reach.
Several small grocery stores offer a selection of basic produce, deli meats, and cheeses.
We recommend getting fruits, vegetables and supplies at super market place stores are between airport to mismaloya hills.
Visit the Tortilleria for fresh tortillas or masa to make your own.

Casa Pequeño Mundo is nestled in a tropical area surrounded by jungle, mountains, and the ocean.
As such, insects and wildlife are a part of our natural ecosystem.
While we take thorough measures to maintain a clean and bug-free environment between guests, it's important
to note that our setting may not be suitable for guests with extreme insect sensitivities.
Some insects may occasionally find their way inside despite our efforts.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our property is diligently maintained by our manager,
Maria, Ulices and Co. they are on-site two days a week.
We are sometimes on the property, but we do our best to give you the space you need, but are also open to chatting!
You'll love this retreat escape in the hills of Mismaloya which is untouched by tourism, cool in the evenings, with the most spectacular views!

Casa Pequeño Mundo is a multi-level with two stair buildings.
Enjoy a private experience when renting the property.
The ceiling fans will keep you cool while you're inside cooking or enjoying

Most people who stay with us spend most of their time outside on the front patio enjoying the view, relaxing, and eating fresh fruit off the trees.
There's nearly always a cool breeze outside and you can easily get lost while watching the wind flow through the beautiful vegetation on the property.

Nearly every area of Casa Pequeño Mundo has an enchanting view of the surrounding mountain and ocean, but the most breathtaking view can be found on the Rooftop.
It's a space with a beautiful panoramic view of all the surrounding areas. It's an amazing place.
Casa Pequeño Mundo has a pool, meditation areas, washer, and outdoor palapa bar where all space is for all people who stay with us!


HILLS AND STAIRS
Casa Pequeño Mundo has a private and steep entrance.
If you are traveling by car it's recommended you only go down the entrance with a 4x4 or AWD vehicle.

Otherwise, you can park on the main road and walk down to the property. The road down is made of rocks and can be bumpy and at time slippery.
Please take your time and be careful walking up and down.

Once on the property there are several levels and stairs are required to walk up check in and down for principal gate to street

BUGS & WILDLIFE
Casa Pequeño Mundo is located in a tropical area, in close proximity to the jungle, mountains, and ocean.
Bugs and critters make up our natural ecosystem and come with the territory.
Our site is not ideal for guests with insect phobia.
We do our best to keep them away by thoroughly cleaning the indoor and outdoor space of our Small World House.
