Located in a quiet, SAFE, Gated Community in Litchfield Park.
Our gorgeous Golf Course home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The INCREDIBLE back yard is nestled next to the 17th hole of the Wigwam Red Course. The pool has water features that on both sides of the Swim-up Bar that make you feel like your staying at your very own 5-Star RESORT!
The Primary Bedroom with it's King Sized Bed, showcases 12 foot ceilings, large windows with wood shutters, a 65" LED TV and... an "OMG" bathroom and shower.
The Secondary Bedroom boasts a King Bed with, 50" LED TV, 12 foot ceilings, large window with wood shutters and a Jack & Jill bathroom with tub and shower.
The Third Bedroom sports a Queen Bed with, 50" LED TV, 12 foot ceilings, large window with wood shutters and a Jack & Jill bathroom with tub and shower.
The kitchen has granite countertops, modern side by side fridge, GAS stove with a beautifully tiled backsplash and hood, microwave, dishwasher and TONS of cabinets, breakfast bar and dinner table for four each.
Unwind in the Family Room on the couch while you watch a brand new 75" LED TV, or choose the Den with it's sofa and 50" LED TV! Each room has your comfort in mind to escape to or just hang out with friends!
Throughout the home. there is HIGH-SPEED, Fiber Internet with WiFi,
The home includes a brand new washing machine and dryer so guests can relax and unwind while the laundry practically does itself.
Did I mention that our Amazing Home is only 12 minutes to the ball fields for spring training???

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The Villas at Litchfield Park is a unique, private, gated community that you have to see to believe. It's nestled (within) the Wigwam's Red Golf Course! It's hard to find such an amazing home in a location that's as perfect as this. The mature trees, green grass and water ponds make it feel like you're living in a Secret Oasis!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
The INCREDIBLE back yard and pool. When you sit (anywhere) in the back, it seems like it goes on forever in a private park-like setting. You'll see for yourself, when you stay at Casa de Piscina!
