Welcome to Bayshore Vista, your tranquil retreat in Battle Creek designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether you prefer unwinding by the fire, grilling BBQ, or swimming in the pool, there's always fun to be had here.

Conveniently situated near top restaurants, shops, ice cream, and the casino, Bayshore Vista sits on Goguac Lake with access to a public boat launch and beach. Just a short drive away, Willard Beach provides a sandy public beach, swimming areas, and a small pavilion for group gatherings. Whether you're planning a day on the water, hitting the golf courses, or simply unwinding with loved ones, our home is your perfect retreat.

Our home also boasts a fully stocked kitchen and coffee/wine bar, perfect for hosting a 10-person dinner party. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances.

Additionally, our home features a 2-stall garage, ideal for storing vehicles or outdoor gear.

The main floor offers an open-concept layout with stunning lake views, large windows, and high ceilings. The basement provides a second living space for movie nights and offers direct access under the deck, where hanging chairs provide a tranquil spot to enjoy the view.

Inside, you'll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms:

The primary bedroom is a spacious retreat with a luxurious king-size bed and direct access to a private suite bathroom. High-quality linens, plush pillows, and tasteful decor ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

The second bedroom offers a private oasis with a queen-size bed and a new balcony deck for enjoying coffee or wine with stunning lake views.

Ideal for families or groups, the third bedroom features one queen-size beds.

Perfect for kids or young adults, the fourth bedroom includes sturdy bunk beds creating a fun and comfortable space after a day of adventure.
Guest access
The property is located on a paved road, ensuring easy access to the house. A two-stall garage is available for your use, and there is ample parking for all vehicles. The driveway also features a turnaround area for convenient parking.

The door code will be provided at 4 pm on the day of your arrival for self check in.

Other things to note:
There are multiple exterior security cameras on the property, located at the front and back of the home. These are used to verify that cleaners and handymen have properly prepared the property for your stay. Signed rental agreement required before check-in. No parties or event permitted on the property.

POOL:
Pool is open from May to the end of September.

WATER AMENITIES:
Water amenities are unavailable during the winterization period, which typically runs from November until late April or early May, depending on the weather.

PET POLICY:
We welcome up to 2 dogs weighing up to 50 lbs each, with a flat fee of $75 per pet per stay (must be added to reservation). All pets must be kenneled and house-trained. Outside the home, pets must remain leashed at all times. Please bag and properly dispose of all pet waste in designated garbage cans outside the home. Pets are strictly prohibited from furniture and bedding. Guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets. If you plan to bring more than 2 dogs or any dog over 50 lbs, please inquire for approval on a case-by-case basis, with an additional fee of $150 per pet.

TAP WATER:
The city water around the lake is hard. We have a softener and a filter, but we still recommend bringing bottled water.
