Welcome to Mountain Lodge 146, a rare 3-bedroom condo with four sleeping spaces to host up to 10 guests. Located in Snowshoeâs Village area offering a beautifully styled modern space with themed bedrooms, and luxury amenities including a new, fully-renovated kitchen, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, and deck with a prime view of the main Village lift (Ballhooter), you can watch your friends and family come up the lift and ski down the nearby slopes. This property is just steps away from the resortâs shops, restaurants, and bars.

The moment you step outside, youâre able to hit the slopes with direct access to the Ballhooter Lift, easily access to Snowshoeâs trails and beginner slopes, visit the restaurants and shops in the Village, swim in the Split Rock pool and hot tub complex (fee required), or visit the restaurants and kids ski school in the basement of our condo building. After a day on the mountain, unwind on the balcony, taking in panoramic views of the ski runs and scenic mountain vistas.

âą Mountain Lodge is one of the original buildings in Snowshoe, which means we have the best location, but our common space areas (outside our unit) are a bit dated currently but slated for an interior renovation in the summer of 2025- stay tuned!

Mountain Lodge 146 can be rented together with Mountain Lodge 144 to create an expansive 5 Bedroom/ 3 Bath retreat with two full kitchens, two balconies, a wood-burning fireplace, electric fireplace, second full kitchen, boot warmer, second laundry center, and more. ML 144 has a connecting door to ML 146, which is one of only 6 St Moritz units in the building. ML 146 features a much larger floorplan with a wood-burning fireplace, while ML 144 provides offers additional privacy for kids, multi-family, or group stays. Combining these spaces allows us to host up to 14 people, with a kid-friendly bunk cave sure to be a hit with younger guests, while adults will appreciate multiple luxurious king and queen-sized beds, Smart TVs in five rooms, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
