Our newest property for 2025! Snowshoe Village Ski-in - Ski-out Condo w/ Hot Tub
New for the 25/26 season! Ideal location. Heart of Snowshoe Village. 100 ft from ski school, slopes, dining and shopping, and forever views of the Alleghenies . Park in the underground garage, take a luggage cart up the elevator, place your skis in the locker room, and walk down the hall to your nicely appointed 3 bd / 3 ba condo (2 br / 2ba condo + connecting studio w/ private bathroom.) Well equipped kitchen, washer / dryer. Easily sleeps 10. Can sleep 12 with the living room sofa bed.
We are always just a message away, but you will have the privacy and flexibility of your own condo and the Seneca common areas and amenities during your stay.
The condo is located inside Snowshoe Village (See map in photos). Many dining and shopping options are just steps away, as is the ski school and Skidder ski run. This is the heart of Snowshoe Mountain Resort. Concerts, festivals and ski / mountain bike season are just outside the door, yet the condo is private and faces a spectacular view of the Allegheny mountains, offering a tranquil living space.
Whole condo, community hot tub, fitness center, 3 x ski lockers. Underground parking for 3 x vehicles.
Open concept living / dining / kitchen w/ 3 x bar seats. 8 x person dining table - lovely for working if necessary.
Once parked, you will not need your vehicle again until departure.
1. DIFFICULT ROAD CONDITIONS leading to Snowshoe Mountain Resort in winter. 4WD or All-Wheel drive recommended in the winter season. We plow continually, but cannot stay ahead of it all during heavy storms or extreme weather. We do not refund due to weather conditions.
2. NO SMOKING is permitted in the home or in the hot tubs. A fee of $400 will be added for deep cleaning and odor removal.
3. NO PETS are permitted in the home under any conditions. A fee of $400 will be added for violations.
4. SERVICE ANIMALS must be declared ahead of booking to avoid the above pet fee. Please provide in writing, answers to the following: 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
5. MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 30 years. The booking guest must be present during stay and is responsible for all guests following house rules and check-out procedures. Violations will be reported to the booking website used to make the booking. Please note that, prior to your stay, we may require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
6 QUIET HOURS are from 2200 - 0800. There are no refunds if you are evicted from the property by law enforcement.
7. HOT TUB- Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. There are health risks associated with hot tub use. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. During extreme weather, we cannot guarantee that hot tub is always in working condition. Snowshoe can sometimes dip into the single digits Fahrenheit, making hot tub heating very difficult.
