Escape to Emerald Haven on the Gulf of Mexico! This cozy coastal condo is located in picturesque Perdido Key Florida. Enjoy the BEST VIEWS IN THE COMPLEX from the 4th floor private balcony in Grand Caribbean West. The beach is calling for you to come and relax in this beautiful, quiet complex with easy beach access to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! After the beach come take a plunge in the pool or soak in the hot tub. This newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo has been updated from top to bottom with new LVP flooring, new kitchen cabinets and island complete with custom quartz counter tops, new appliances and much much more! The main bedroom features a king size dual adjustable bed and a 43" smart TV. The bathroom has been updated with new vanity, mirror and lighting and has custom walk-in shower. There is a small bunk room in the hall with a twin bed with a TV for the kids to watch movies or play games while parents relax on the private balcony and enjoy the view. There is a 50" Smart TV in the living room along with a pull out full size sofa bed for extra sleeping spaces. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops and Johnson Beach National Seashore! Perdido Key also has many other things to do in the area that you will enjoy such as the Home of the Blue Angels and the Naval Air Station Pensacola and Aviation Museum, the World Famous Florabama bar, and so much more! Love the location. The condo was very nice, clean and had everything you needed. Great views as well. The bed was comfortable however the adjustable mattresses was not to our liking. Other than that would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was squeaky clean. We cooked most of our meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. It couldn't have been an easier walk and the view from the patio was nice. Really appreciated the beach equipment and towels that were available that kept us from having to pack those things. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love this condo and plan to visit again. The nice laid back area is so convenient to stores and restaurants but yet you almost feel like you are out with the quietness. We also met some of the nicest people while staying here! I have already referred this condo to several friends.

Great unit, super clean and modern. Would stay here again for sure and the owner is super nice and responsive. There is nothing we would change except there is no direct ocean access to get beach chairs and umbrellas setup for you, its a few blocks away and not worth the headache, so just use the beach chairs provided at the unit!

Wonderful

This condo is beautiful, clean and super close to beach. The patio is perfect for morning and evening. You have the best view!! Sharon is a super host The beach was beautiful, the water was emerald green and clear Our pool was the best and some of the locals are great. Close to all the dining and shops. We can't wait to return!!

Ocean family time

Condo was nicely decorated. Loved it because it was not outdated and everything was so new, clean and cozy. It was stocked with plenty of items from when you’re away from home. Communication with the owner was great! Sharon responded right away! We will definitely be back!

Spotless and easy drive to everything on our list

My husband and I were looking for a place that would be an easy drive to Pensacola as well as Orange Beach as he had a business conference and we had several activities between the two areas. Sharon have us all the information timely to plan a great trip and love the restaurant recommendations provided. The condo was decorated so beachy and adorable. It was spotless! Nice having the private beach access, easy parking with carts available to take your stuff straight up to the elevators Short drive to everything we wanted to see.

Expertly decorated condo had everything we needed and so many pleasantries we didn’t know we wanted such as a little seashell tray for our daily chips and salsa! There were so many of these quaint and perfect little treats that made this condo perfect. We spent a good amount of time on deck enjoying the ocean view while not at the ocean. Outdoor furniture was so comfortable, we could easily enjoy ourselves for hours. Washer and dryer was a must for us, and all appliances were new/high end and tucked away to avoid being intrusive. Internet was as fast or faster than our home fiber optic.The hallway bed is much more than a simple bunk- my adult daughter was quite comfortable in her hidden getaway which catered to everything an 18-year-old girl wants. A 6’ adult could have also fit the same space comfortably.The short steps to the beach were easy for all the back-and-forth we wanted. The beach was clean and generally attracted families with kids of all ages and couples. We didn’t see chaotic parties or obnoxious people. I was already ready to book again from the first day we arrived!

Not family or special needs friendly

The property is very nice, and is in a great location, however, if you have younger children or children with special needs, you will likely be charged extra fees when leaving no matter how careful you are. We are a very clean quiet family and did our very best to keep sand out of the BEACH HOUSE, but we were still charged extra for sand being by the front door, we were also charged extra for checking out 15 minutes late due to my daughter that has epilepsy having a massive seizure that caused me to have to sit and hold her and wait for it to pass before continuing to take her outside into the heat and putting her into her car seat. I also got in trouble for having my mother in law coming by to help us load up due to the seizure taking up so much of my time. I was accused of using air mattresses when I only had a small toddler size mat for my daughter with special needs to sleep on for her safety. We did leave UNOPENED items in the fridge for future guest convenience (since there was some left for us) and got charged for that as well. My daughter did spit up slightly on the bed, and we were also charged extra for that and was told we ate in the bed which we didn’t. So, if you have small children or especially a medically fragile child, I would not recommend this property.

Megan, Thanks for your review. First of all I’d like to say that I’m very sorry about your daughter and your situation. You never communicated to me that you have a daughter of special needs. I grew up with an aunt with severe epilepsy and my sister has it too so I’m very sympathetic. If you needed more time checking out I would have gladly given it to you had you let me know. Communication goes along way and I don’t know what I don’t know. That being said, my husband and I take great pride in our properties and covet them dearly. We remodeled this condo from top to bottom. Spent hours and days and blood. sweat and tears doing so. When my cleaning person walked in and saw the condition of condo, she had to let me know. I hope understand this is not personal but it’s my home. Good luck in the future and God bless you and your family.
