Beautiful apartment, perfect location!

We had the best time here in this beautiful apartment! The location was so perfect. Only 2 blocks from timesquare! And the rooftop had magical views.

Amazing stay. Great location.

Amazing stay, clean and spacious 2bd/2ba unit close to Times Square. Highly recommend this unit. Host was very professional, responsive, and good to work with. I'll stay at this property again.

Location on map is not correct

The description of the property says Hell’s Kitchen but the marker on the map is in midtown at 24th Street. The actual location is 24 blocks north-east in a much worse neighborhood. We were disappointed in the location when we showed up. We even had dinner reservations set in the neighbor where it is marked on the map.

Great location and well appointed apartment

Really excellent location and a roomy, well appointed apartment, ideal for a week's stay in NYC. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the flexibility of a sofa bed were great. Kitchen was adequately equipped. It was very cold in NYC that week (even snowed), but the apartment was warm although we did have some challenges getting hot water from the vanities (the showers were fine). Overall a grat place to stay and we would recommend it.

Comfortable and convenient

Clean and comfortable stay. Easy access and within walking distance of several attractions and the subway. Host was great at communicating. A perfect place to stay in New York with a group, would stay again.

Amazing value steps away from Times Square

The apartment was exactly as described, in an amazing location, very clean and comfortable, and a great value compared to other rentals in the area. The only downside was that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and I had about 60 pounds of luggage to haul up there, so you might not want to book this property if that's going to be a problem for you.

Loved Restaurant Row

The place was awesome!! It was the perfect location and felt very safe! We were a 6 min walk to time square which made a lot of things easier and we were able to get around town faster. Being on Restaurant Row was pretty cool and the amount of food options were amazing!! The only downfall to our stay was the couch in the photos didn’t match the couch that we had. Other than that everything was great and we would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!! The communication was on point with the property manager!!

NY Trip

Had a great time in NY. First time visiting NY. Loved this 2 BR/2 Bath apartment. Location was awesome and close to areas we visited. Host was awesome at communicating with me from the start to the end of our trip! Apartment had everything we needed and more! Looking forward to future visits.

Amazing location - better then where it was on the VRBO map!

Great place and the location was even more amazing.Really enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very convenient to get ready. I am sure the hot water has been fixed in the front bathroom, that was the only downfall on the stay.We ended up at the Dim Sum and Italian restaurants that were steps away from your door! Be sure to get the soup dumplings at the first and the Lemon dessert at the Italian place - it was beautiful and delicious.

A real NYC experience

This rental is right in the heart of the City. Tons of eating choices and easy walking distance to Times Square, where we used hop on hop off bus to get around. It was really great! Only issue was noise all through the nights with trash trucks, delivery trucks and other truck all night long! Hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. I chalked it up to the experience. But it was hard

Nice Property BUT…

This property was nice and location was great, BUT there was confusion from the very beginning. Location was advertised in Chelsea but after booking we were advised that it’s located in Hells Kitchen. We chalked it up because the location was still great. Upon check-in, we were without heat for the first two nights, with outside temps below freezing (we visited in Jan). The host was very responsive but it took two days to address the issue. We were also without internet for the first two days as well. While the host was responsive during our stay, once the conversation turned to discussing compensation for two days out of a six day visit, she all of sudden stopped responding. We were very patient and understanding of these issues but felt that a fair compensation for our troubles was warranted but it was brushed aside from this host after our stay was completed. We were prepared to leave a positive review and messaged the host several times after our stay to try to resolve, but all were left unanswered.

NOT in The Flatiron District

VRBO advertises this apartment as in the flat iron district. It is actually 22 blocks north of the flat iron district so not even close! The apartment, title, or name, states “Hells kitchen”, which is accurate. Because you’re not given an address until three days before check-in, we assumed the apartment would be located on the border of hell’s kitchen and the flat iron district. However, It is only a few blocks away from Times Square, so definitely not the area we wanted to be in.The check-in process was a bit bumpy as the lockbox code provided via text that morning did not work. The management was responsive, however, and gave us the accurate code. There is also a combination lock on an iron gate, which was never mentioned. We were unable to exit the apartment early in the morning until we spoke to management who gave us the code.The apartment itself has been nicely renovated. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the exposed brick is beautiful. It also has a lot of storage which was nice and unexpected.We were looking forward to using the outdoor space but instructions on how to access it was not provided until asked, and when we did go up to the rooftop, the view was beautiful, but we were surrounded by trash and empty beer bottles.The apartment is in desperate need of paint, but expected in a short term rental, and the dressers were mostly unusable because the drawers were broken and or full of linens. Overall a good stay if you want to be in this area.
