ABOUT HOME: Jessa Blu is a beautifully designed home in the gated community of the Village of Blue Mountain Beach just off 30A. This home has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. This lovely 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has the feel of relaxed luxury throughout and comfortably sleeps 10. The home features an outdoor shower, two balconies (one overlooking the pool), and an outdoor grill. The olympic size pool is steps from the back door along with workout facility, covered gazebo, corn hole, and shuffle board. Get ready for some family fun!

ABOUT AREA: This lovely coastal home is located in Blue Mountain Beach, which has been awarded a national "Blue Wave" designation for the pristine cleanliness of the sugar sand shoreline. This coastal community rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. Spend your mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery and evenings strolling to dinner at Blue Mabel Restaurant. Don't forget to grab dessert, or better yet, don't wait for dessert! This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Great house!

We love Jessa Blu! Very well appointed with comfy couches and beds. The upstairs hang out room was nice to have so everyone could watch their shows and just relax. Being so close to the coffee shop and Mimmos was an added bonus!

We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was in a gated community which kept it quiet and peaceful. It is right next to the pool but was never loud or a problem, just very convenient to go swim whenever we wanted! We rented a golf cart and it was a quick drive to the parking at blue mountain beach. You could also walk or bike but we had a lot of kids and beach items so driving was easier for us. There was an issue with the house but the host was very responsive and worked quickly with us to get it resolved. We will definitely be back!

Paradise Found

Book your ticket to paradise. This gorgeous home has everything, with easy access to the beach and a resort style pool and workout room, literally just steps away. We rode our bikes to the beach and to the beach bar to watch the sunset. Our girlfriend getaway was great, with plenty of room to sleep our crew and lots of places to gather. We cooked in the gourmet kitchen and sprawled out for cozy movie nights on the comfy sofas. We eill be back! Love Jessa Blu and Blue Mountain Beach.

Beach Time with Nine!

There were so many memories made during our week at Jessa Blu with the nine of us together, laughing and enjoying our break from our busy lives! What a time we ALL had in a beautiful comfortable home with places to relax for good conversation and all the extras to make the time together so special! Best sleep in the most comfortable perfect beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for those early morning breakfast times around a great table which seemed to be made just for our group. Even game night was so fun even with our heated competitions because of the room this home gives. All of our dinners we enjoyed out as there are so many awesome restaurants in the area. One restaurant Mimos was a big hit andit just a short walk down the sidewalk from Jessa Blu! Beach time is always the best in Blue Mountain and this trip was no exceptional. Nothing like the white sands and crystal blue water and just a short walk to several different choices of accesses to the beach! Even one more secluded than the others that we really enjoyed for the full day out there and a sunset to end that day. We will be back!

Heartless

A family tragedy lead to a death and 4 hospitalized. I was not refunded my money. I was going to rebook but with an upcoming baby didn't want to pick dates yet. I was beyond my insurance coverage. Very sad companies don't have bigger hearts! They communicated very well and even sent flowers but this was a big investment and a future credit since insurance wasn't an option would have been the right this to do.

Outstanding experience, beautiful home.

It was a wonderful property no issues, clean everything in working order. Our main reason for this trip was to go to catch up with family since covid. The house was close to the beach it was a quick and simple golf cart drive. Daisy, Hollie and Maci were great with communication and would definitely stay at their properties again. 😊

BEAUTIFUL RETREAT!

Jessa Blu is everything if you are needing to relax and enjoy pool time and beach time! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and some clothes to go and enjoy these amazing restaurants on 30A. When you can work outside of the office and just need to get away or want to bring the family and friends ~ this is your place! Plenty of room and every bedroom has it's own little comfort! Weather is perfect and Jesaa Nluhas everything for you to call this home for as long as you want or need to have some time away! Every room in Jessa Blu is welcoming and just absolutely beautiful! A tv in each bedroom and both living areas ~ one upstairs and one downstairs. A kitchen that has everything if you want to stay in for any meal and cook and relax with a group around the gorgeous dining room table. Village at Blue Mountain Beach is such a wonderful neighborhood for walking around and chatting with those here and a Italian Restaurant (Mimmo's) and a coffee shop and a ice cream parlor are truly right outside this delightful gated community! Thank you to 30A BeachGirls for taking such good care as well. Always a pleasure to be pampered!

Dream vacation at Jessa Blu!

This was a STUNNING home; easy access to beach, restaurants, and all the adorable beach towns along 30A. The quiet, gated access made us feel like we were in our own private neighborhood (complete with friendly dogs) while keeping us close to everything. We did a fire pit on the beach, loads of playing in the surf, and rode bikes around the Blue Mountain Beach area. It always felt safe and inviting, and the white sand beach is MAGNIFICENT! The house itself is immaculate--loads of room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and chill in the huge open-concept family room/dining room/kitchen or next to the pool (which is directly behind Jessa Blu). It is impeccably decorated--the perfect chic beach house vibe that feels like you're on vacation, but the absolute best kind of vacation. This was truly a dream trip! I love 30A--we've stayed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Seascape, but the quiet neighborhood feel of Blue Mountain has been my favorite. Couple that with the spectacular comfort and style of Jessa Blu, and this was one of my favorite trips ever!

We LOVE this house

An amazing vacation at an amazing property!

This was a magical vacation at the most beautiful property. Our 10 person family stayed here and we only have positive things to say. The beach is only a quick golf cart or bicycle trip away and the home itself is absolutely beautiful. The home is bright, clean, and open. The nook under the stairs was my boyfriends favorite place. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Excellent Weekend Getaway!

The home has everything you would need for a weekend getaway! Beautifully, decorated and clean.The beds are all so comfy and just a short bike ride or walk to the beach.Walking distance to a coffee/ice cream shop.The pool is very close to the home.The kitchen has all the bells and whistles for staying in and close to food and shopping for those who want to get out and about. 10/10 experience !!! Amazing Relaxing Classic Vacation Home

We stayed in this property for Fall Break with 4 adults and 4 kids. The property was so well kept and comfortable. Conveniently located near the beach and right behind the community pool for all of us to enjoy. The house was stocked with all the essentials we needed for a wonderful stay. The house was clean and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for R&R. I would recommend staying here to anyone considering the Blue Mountain Beach area off 30A.

A Perfect Stay For All!

One of the best trips we have ever had at the beach! Staying in this beautiful home gave us a sense of being special because it has everything making our entire family feel welcome and comfortable. We love Blue Moutain Beach! Jessa Blu has everything you will need for a perfect stay with your family to enjoy family and relaxing time. We are taking away so many wonderful and cherished memories. We loved all the restaurants we tried which were so close to this beautiful home and the bike rides and walks in the community and down to the beach were perfect for our family time too. Incredible Home!

Beach, Sun, Fun!!!

We arrived to Jessa Blu expecting overcast skies and rain, but to our surprise the sun prevailed the entire stay! It was wonderful. The house, the location, the amenities, the beach….was perfection. Couldn't have had a better getaway with friends. Loved everything about this house so much that we already booked another week next year. 30A Beach Girls, the mgmt company, went above and beyond with all of our special requests. In love with 30A!

We loved every moment!

We loved our stay. From the moment we entered we knew great things were in store:) Loved everything from the open floor plan to the design of the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and so comfortable. Location is great, everything u need is within walking or a bike ride. Perfect Family Getaway!

JESSA BLU was as advertised and more! The home is gorgeously decorated with the perfect mix of furnishings to relax, enjoy each others company, or spend some time on your own. Everyone at 30a Beach Girls was gracious and responsive hosts. Hard to imagine a better place to spend time in 30a, we would love to book our holiday trip for thanksgiving here.

Jessa Blu - Week of June 6th

Jessa Blu was a dream getaway! The house was spectacular, the location was spectacular - on the pool and so close to the beach. Close to all of the spots in BMB. I would definitely stay at Jessa Blu again. It is a new rental for the owners and my only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror (I know it sounds silly lol) to somewhere in the house, have a more cohesive pot & pan collection (with this size of a house, it was hard to cook w/ what was given) and to have some basic cooking items (a basic spice rack, salt/pepper etc) and proper utensils to use for the grill (spatula, tongs, etc) We had some issues arise as with any rental property and 30A Beach Girls did a good job remedying them. They picked up our grocery order and only brought half of it (they quickly went back and got the rest) & delivered a propane tank when requested. I do have one major issue w/30A beach girls. This portion has nothing to do with the Jessa Blu property. 30A Beach girls offers cribs, pack and plays, and high chairs. I traveled w/2 kids under two so I asked for 1 high-chair, 1 crib, and 1 pack and play. Over the past few months/weeks, I verified multiple times (via text, email, and phone) that these items would be there. I couldn't not have these items to be able to stay. Everytime I verified, I was told that they would be set up and ready before we arrived. I received a TEXT at 11pm the night before I checked in saying that "they were sorry but they couldn't provide these items and to call one of the crib rental companies that they suggested". This was completely unacceptable given the nature of my follow-up and the nature of timing that they told me they wouldn't be able to provide these items. I made my frustration known and nothing has been done to remedy the situation. Last minute rental costed me an extra $275.

Beautiful home close to everything.

House was very clean incredibly stocked, information was simple, check in and out a breeze. Loved having bikes. Sad we couldn't have a golf cart. 30a beach girl communicated very well and even through a bonfire while we were there. Kids had SO much fun. They then connected us to an onshore kids fishing camp we went to. Lots of fun memories and loved the special attention and touch. Neighbors don't seem to want renters. Lots of rude people around. Wouldn't return here but would rent from this company again. Shameful because it's the best house we've stayed at in 9 years of vacationing to 30a. Would have given full stars except for the local "Karens".

Perfect Vacation Home

We will certainly return! This home, this location, and the community is absolutely perfect for vacationing with your entire family. Love the 2 Master Bedrooms and of course all the other bedrooms as well. Even the daybed downstairs with a pull-out trundle underneath is a great napping spot for all ages. The beach is within walking distance and there are 4 different beach accesses giving an opportunity to be in an area with a laot of other people or in a more secluded area on the beach for just your family. You cannot go wrong choosing this home which has everything you will ever need in the kitchen and honestly throughout every room in the home. The owners have thought of everything, and the pool is right out the back door. AWESOME!!!!!

Everything was AWESOME!!! The property was simply Beautiful! We had no problems and everything was awesome. The property was clean and stocked with everyday supplies needed. The icing on the cake was the golf cart and bonfire. 30a beach girls was wonderful! When we first got there we were welcomed with cookies, wine and cold waters. Only downer but small is part of the neighborhood is residential and they called the cops on us at 9:30 pm. We were sit-in outside talking and laughing, we would of totally moved inside if someone would of said we were being loud. It was only 3 of us, not drinking just laughing and talking. But that's ok, I get it! We just loved everything about our trip!!! We will be back! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
