Honolulu rental law mandates that any and all rentals of homes in strictly residential neighborhoods such as the beautiful Kalama Valley must sign a rental contract and state that at that moment in time it is their intention to stay for the entire 30 day minimum stay, but of course USA is still the land of the free and your plans can change and you are always free to come and go as you please. It is your exclusive right to occupy the villa for a minimum of at least 30 days during which the owner cannot rent it to anyone else. The pool flows seamlessly into the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Sun loungers and shaded seating areas encourage long, leisurely afternoons, while the observatory deck offers the perfect spot for stargazing on clear Hawaiian nights. The newly upgraded LED pool light is so energy efficient yet very bright that Milan encourages you to leave it turned on at all times at least during the entire night for safety and ambiance.
Nestled in the heart of Hawaii Kai, Villa Luana offers quick access to some of Oahu’s most iconic and very popular attractions. Just minutes away, you’ll find Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, a beautiful world-renowned sandy snorkeling sandy beach with live coral just a few meters into the bay so its ideal for beginning snorkelers, All Fish are and Monk Seals and green turtles are protected and therefore very friendly to visitors in a bay that was formed 30,000 years ago when an extinct crater`s outer sea wall collapsed and created one of the best known swimming and snorkeling and scuba-diving spots in the world with friendly lifeguards in several towers watching the visitors to assist all visitors,where everything in the sea including the rare protected Hawaiian Monk Seals and green turtles and huge schools of fish are swimming endlessly unafraid of people.
