Full-Home Rental in Francis! 25min to Ski Resorts and Main St.
Summary:
Located in the Heart of the Wasatch Back and only 45-minutes from the SLC International Airport and 25 minutes from Park City Main Street and the new Deer Valley East Village, this full-home rental is the perfect spot for friends or family to gather for fun and laughter. Sleeping 16 guests throughout 6 different bedrooms, this property has a fantastic open space design, allowing for guests to congregate for fun and games but still spread out for solitude.
The Space:
Guests enter the home via the garage entry or the front door where they'll find, located just inside either door, the open-concept living room, kitchen and dining room. The huge windows allow for ample natural light and views into the private yard. There is an 85" SmartTV located in the living room with plenty of lounge space for guests to spread out and enjoy a game with their company. Just off of the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen, featuring gas appliances and a huge walk-in pantry. Guests can enjoy meals at the breakfast countertop bar and also the eight seat dining table. Access to the backyard space is found through the dining room exterior door.
Down the hall way, on the entry-level floor, guests will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom features a massive shower, huge jetted soaking tub, walk in closet and dual vanity. Across from the hall from the primary bedroom are two guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom just outside their doors. There is a queen bed in one of these guest rooms and a full bed in the other.
Downstairs, guests will enter into a massive game room and lounge area with a huge SmartTV and pool table. There are three more bedrooms downstairs, with one featuring a queen, one featuring a full, while the other hold two full-over-full bunk beds. Each of the bedrooms share a full bath-room downstairs with a large shower and vanity.
The backyard of this house is truly exceptional. There is a large covered space just outside of the dining room which is only outdone by the fully built in entertainment space in the yard, featuring a hot tub and space for a large group to spread out and enjoy themselves.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire two-story home and two-car garage with the exception of an owner's lockout closet on the first floor.
IMPORTANT: This home is pet friendly with prior approval of the pet from the property manager. If you plan to bring a pet with you, please make us aware as soon as you've made the booking. We ask that you share their breed, age and any important information that pertains to the pet that could impact the property or the neighbors during your stay. Their is a non-refundable pet-fee associated with all bookings that include pets other than registered service animals with verifications .
The Neighborhood:
Located in Francis, Utah the Wild Willow Neighborhood is situated in between the world-class skiing, dining and entertainment of Park City and the beauty and serenity of the Uinta-Cache National Forest. From the front door, guests can head in just about any direction on the map to enjoy and entrench themselves wonders and activities that Utah provides. Whether you're here to ride your toys through the 2.2 million acres of Uinta National Forest, take your boat out on any of the 4 public reservoirs in the area, ski the best snow in the world (in our opinion), golf some of the best public courses in the West, or to just enjoy some fresh mountain air and do nothing(!), Wild Willow offers a lovely area with incredible views and quaint mountain style.
Getting Around:
While this home isn't close to any mass transit stops, the location is perfect for a passing by ride-share. Or remove the need for another party and rent a car knowing a private garage will keep it safe and dry. There is parking for up to four vehicles between the garage and the driveway. There is also a pad for a trailer storage for those with toys!
Other Things to Note:
At Wasatch Homes and Land Property Management, we provide all paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps, detergents, and coffee for our guests. It's our pleasure to alleviate the need for a grocery run for those to get in late and those who just want to show up and enjoy the space!
Interaction with Guests:
While we expect everything to be perfect for our guest prior to arrival, there are unforeseen circumstances sometimes out of our control! Luckily, we are located not far from this property and can be available if and when needed!
