Ce condo a été largement remodelé selon les spécifications du propriétaire, maintenant prêt pour votre famille! Unité fabuleuse entièrement rénovée avec poutres en bois, boiseries et mobilier de montagne. Ce condo offre des finitions de qualité, y compris le granit et les surfaces en ardoise et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Le plan d'étage comprend trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale a un lit queen, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen, et la troisième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés en taille réelle. Un grand salon ouvert-salle à manger, est prévue autour d'une cheminée en pierre massive. La cheminée est au bois et nous fournissons le bois. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec de grands placards. Deux portes coulissantes en verre donnent accès au grand balcon. Profitez d'une vue incroyable sur la ville de Mt. Crested Butte et Washington Gulch. L'unité est entièrement meublée, jusque dans les draps et les plats. L'I-203 est idéalement situé à quelques pas des pistes et des sentiers.

L'entrée du bâtiment international est au troisième étage. Il y a une volée d'escaliers pour accéder à la I-203.

Votre condo est près de l'ascenseur mur Ouest. Une courte promenade à la fin du stationnement, skis, et vous êtes sur les pistes!

Les infrastructures complexes sont sûrs pour compléter votre expérience. Comme bureau et le personnel sur place, il est facile de vérifier-in / out et répondre à toutes les questions qui se posent lors de votre séjour. Les services de ménage sont fournis pour tous les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. San Moritz a son propre service de navette privé qui est gratuit avec votre séjour. La navette circule tous les jours pendant la saison de ski à partir de 8h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. En été, la navette circule le week-end à partir de 4h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. Ils vont même ramasser et déposer juste devant votre condo! Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez également profiter d'un bain dans le bain à remous intérieur. Le sauna est ouvert toute l'année. Pour plus de commodité, chaque bâtiment dispose de 2 laveuses et sécheuses pour les clients. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable!

Great location in a great condo complex on Mt CB. While the lack of snow during our stay prevented the ski-in/out option it was clearly well placed for convenience. Very cute condo with plenty of space for a good sized group. West facing shared deck provides sunset views. First floor indoor hot tub allows for private time reservations which is an added plus. First floor sauna and coin laundry round out the facility's amenities. The included shuttle service to and from the slopes was icing on the cake. Would definitely stay here again! Oh...and an endless supply of firewood to warm upnon those cold winter nights. Only issue was the 'master' bathroom tub drain that drained very slowly - we called out MX when it backed up and they got it draining again but it remained very slow duringnour stay - but Mx was very responsive which was great.

AWESOME LOCATION!!!

This place is truly ski and ski out. You can drop down to the first chair and end of parking lot which is about 20 feet. Comfortable beds, wood burning fireplace, and well stocked with dishes/pots and pans.

Perfect location. Due to the High volume of snow we were unable to ski out except for two days. There was definitely no way to ski in.

Crested Butte Getaway!

We had 6 people and were more than comfortable. The San Moritz also offers a suburan shuttle to drive you to town. The drivers were able to tell us exactly how long it would be before they could pick us up and gave us wonderful dinner suggestions. I would stay here again!

We arrived earlier than our reservation she still allowed us to park there and allowed us to have an early check-in. It would be nice when you’re paying this much money if they would leave you more toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent then needed. It’s annoying to have to request items during your stay.

CB Ski Trip

The property and location were great. Thew check in process was not good. The office closed at 4PM. we got in around 6PM and had no idea what to do. We went to the web site and finally got it figured out. You had to go to a different location and get an envelope that was taped to a wall with your name on it. Nothing in place to keep someone else from taking your envelope. It's 2020 folks, get an electronic door lock and give out a code. Great place and location, poor check in process.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review your stay. I really appreciate your feedback and value the comments from you as our guest. I do apologize that you personally found the check-in process uncomfortable. Once final payment for a reservation is processed, very clear check-in instructions are emailed to the guest. Since your final payment was processed a month before your arrival, there was ample time to contact the office during our hours with any questions/concerns about the process. Guests often contact us beforehand, and we are happy to help and answer any questions. It is true that our condo complex is not a hotel. Each condo is individually owned. We do not have 24-hour front desk or electronic door locks on every unit. And in the almost 50 years that the San Moritz has been operating, we have never had an issue with someone taking an envelope that did not belong to them. That's definitely a positive aspect to small ski towns like Crested Butte and in part, what it means to be considered the "last great ski town." It's the reason that guests escape the big city to vacation here. Or choose Crested Butte over more heavily populated resorts. I'm sorry that you were not able to share that part of the experience. I am, however, glad that you enjoyed our location and this condo. Thanks so much again for your feedback. --Christine

Ski vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was in a perfect location and nicely sized for the seven of us. Everything was clean and well stocked.This is truly a ski in\ ski out property. About a 75-yard walk to the end of the driveway where you can put your skis on and ski right down to the lift. Skiing back was a little more difficult as the last couple hundred yards of the designated trail was uphill. There were some shortcuts coming back that prevented the uphill slope, but they are not maintained shortcuts and could be a little precarious.When needed, the complimentary shuttle would pick you up at your door and they were very responsive.Only a couple of minor complaints. There were some appliance issues in our unit, but we let Management know about them when we checked out and they said they would take care of it. The hot tub is very small and in a stuffy room indoors. It is in very much need of good ventilation with some cool outside air to counteract the very hot spa water and the steam that it produces. Because of its small size, you have to sign up for a half hour time slot. The space is only good for 5 to 6 adults max.If we make another ski trip to crested Butte, we would certainly consider this property again.

5 Family Ski Vacation

Great ski weekend

We met up with family to go skiing for the weekend. The condo was well designed with space to move around/store ski gear. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment, and was big enough that it was functional. The fireplace was a big bonus. This is a great place for a fun ski weekend.

San Moritz Experience

Upon arrival it was difficult at midnight to locate The office as well as the condo. The condo and beds were comfortable but the walls are very thin. The group staying above us had parties each night and made sleeping difficult. The shuttle is a nice feature and you can actually drop in to the slopes.

A great family getaway spot. Ski in-out was great but as others have indicated the access is not green so a few of our party needed a drop-off near the chair ((minutes away). Prop manager was responsive and helpful. The office was a little hard to find for the keys. Door code would be better. Overall great!
