Guests may rent golf carts through Destin Elite Carts, which includes free pickup and delivery and a full tank of gas upon pickup. All carts are 6-passenger, with plenty of space to hold beach gear. Destin Elite golf carts are street-legal in Destin, Miramar Beach, and surrounding areas. Carts can be driven on all roads in the Destin and 30A area, except for HWY 98 and Emerald Coast Pkwy. Carts being rented for 2+ days can be delivered to guests' rental property. 1-day rentals do not qualify for cart delivery.

BEACH ACCESS:
Beach access for this home is public and is about a 5-minute golf cart ride from the home - if you choose to rent one. This is one of the largest public beach access points in Destin with golf cart parking, restrooms and even a restaurant called the Crab Trap.

PRIVATE POOL HEAT:
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

COMMUNITY POOL HEAT:
Community pool is heated: Thanksgiving week. Christmas Week. New Years Week. Last 7 days in February through the first 7 days in April. Community Pool is a 5-minute walk or 2-minute golf cart or bike ride from the home.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

PARKING: This property allows parking for 4 cars.

You will find a starter kit of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.
