The host was amazing got back to us quickly. This is great for a get away very spacious and roomy . I had a bèd hot water everything worked only thing is its all way upstairs which i read wrong if I didn't have bad legs was only thing. One tv great idea people gotta spend time together. It was great for our work get away very quiet as well. We really would like thank the host for making a great experience

Do NOT book this place. It’s horrible. Dirty, unsafe and not a good area. Vestibule smells like urine, very questionable people loitering at the entrance. Once inside, steep steep unsafe steps. Air conditioner in one bedroom was broken. Holes in walls, just plain horrible. We did not stay and had to find a new place quickly.

The apartment was okay overall, but there were quite a few issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected. The area was a little rough, and check-in was delayed because we were initially given the wrong code for the key lock. We were also only given one key.When we arrived, the thermostat showed 95F inside and all of the window AC units were turned off. Most of the bedrooms eventually cooled down, aside from the large master bedroom, but the living room, kitchen, and dining area stayed extremely hot.We also found a dead mouse under the couch. It had been raining before we arrived, and there was a large pool of water in the master bedroom. The shower in the master bedroom also did not work.The apartment could definitely use some TLC and better maintenance. It may be fine during cooler months, but I would not recommend staying here during the summer.

The place was as described. A few things to know. The refrigerator & freezer doesn’t work…not a big deal for us, but we planned to keep water in it. We had two towels on each bed as shown in the pictures, one dish cloth for the kitchen, no hand towels for the bathrooms. We bought paper towels to use in the bathrooms. Not sure if there were pots/pans or utensils to cook with or if the other appliances worked. When we arrived the outside door was propped open with a brick & propped open each night when we came in. We removed it but some days it would be propped open the next morning when we headed out. This was a little unsettling as the area is kind of sketchy & busy. The beds were good. It would be nice to have a lamp and bedside table to see when you go to get into bed. If you have trouble with stairs, these stairs are pretty steep. The walk to the subway is an easy & short walk. Be sure to read the full description - if you’re looking for upscale, this is definitely not the place but if you just want a place to sleep close to the subway, this might be for you.

To be 100% honest , i normally dont leave reviews but i had a nightmare experience with this host. First there was a glitch that happened with the reservation that caused extra fee to be applied, the host communication quality was LOW. Transparency LOW. Cost many sleepless hours in the phone with support even on check in day , not including the fact that the host dosent reply fast unless its about paying lol. 2nd we finally get to the reservation and there is humongous holes in the wall as if someone headbutted the walls all over the unit. The refrigerator was not working, 1 shower worked and 2nd one faulty , Strong cigarette odor , huge “ no smoking “ signs taped to the walls in each room. Very spacious but not what we expected. We also kept getting texted to advertise “ add ons “ throughout our whole stay but refused to reply to concerning issues on time. There was soo many more things but i do not recommend this unless u just need a place to crash after long hours out in nyc and dont care where u lay your head down after. 0/5 stars. Respectfully

I feel the property was a decent deal. I wasn’t comfortable leaving my car parked on the street, so I opted to pay for a garage around the corner. Not a heck of a lot better, but made me feel better in the end. The place was clean and there was plenty of room. When we arrived at 10:00 pm it was 85 degrees because the window unit ACs were not on. It took a while to get comfortable. Be prepared as a traveler, there are not a lot of utensils and kitchen supplies. No toaster, paper towels, and little things like a wine cork screw. The kitchen cupboards are pretty bare. It worked fine for our trip and we did have fun.
