Welcome to Friendship Cove Retreat, a tranquil basement apartment on the shores of Lake Hartwell, one of Georgia's cleanest and most scenic lakes. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, this cozy retreat is ideal for couples, small families, or fishing enthusiasts.

The apartment features a spacious California king-size bed and a twin bed, comfortably sleeping up to three guests. You'll love the full bathroom, complete with a luxurious rain shower, perfect for unwinding after a day on the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, from morning coffee to lakeside dinners.

Step outside to your private back porch, where you'll find two grills and outdoor furniture. Enjoy your meals or simply relax while taking in the beautiful lake views. With easy access to the water, you can head down to the two-slip dock anytime to take in the sun, fish, or launch one of the two provided kayaks. Life vests are available for your safety, making it easy to explore the calm, deep waters of the cove, which is known as a prime fishing spot, as marked on the fisherman's app.

Nature lovers will appreciate the abundant wildlife around the property, including deer, geese, ducks, and a variety of birds that frequent the area. The large driveway provides ample parking space for multiple cars and boat trailers, making it easy for you to bring along your boat or jet skis to fully enjoy Lake Hartwell.

Whether you're here to fish, kayak, or simply relax by the water, Friendship Cove Retreat offers the perfect setting for a peaceful lakeside escape.

This property is a basement apartment of a house. You will only be given access to the basement unit but can use all outdoor amenities.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement before your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
