The Willow Lake House

Summary:

Gorgeous Home with private dock on sought after Lake Hartwell. Room for everyone and we will supply everything you need from Kitchen supplies, toiletries, and even board games!



The Space:

The Willow Lake House offers lots of spaces for guest to eat, sleep, and play!

Bathroom 1: Full hallway bathroom with tiled shower

Bathroom 2: Full ensuite with a tiled shower



-We have hair dryers in both bathrooms for your convenience



KITCHEN:

Open concept kitchen/ dining/ living room. The kitchen offers all full-sized, stainless steel appliances and is open to the dining room with a massive table and bar stool style seating for 7.

We have both Traditional Drip and Keurig Coffee Makers

6-Quart Slow-Cooker (Crock-Pot)

Blender

Electric Mixer

Toaster

George Foreman grill



OUTDOOR SEATING:

On the main level screened-in porch, there is seating for 4 around the table with additional seating for 2 off to the side.



GRILL:

We have a propane GRILL and we supply the propane!



LAUNDRY:

We have a washer/dryer located on the main level with an iron and ironing board.



PLAY:

Lots to do inside and out!

Inside we have lots of tables that can be used for games, which we have available for you.



Internet / WiFi:

Our wi-fi is very fast at ~470 mbps



TV / PROGRAMMING:

We have a 50" Smart TV in the living room



GAMES:

Corn Hole, Crokinole (Canadian game), Game Of Things, Monopoly, Clue, Scrabble, Pictionary just to name a few!



FIRE PIT:

Outside we have the fire pit with nice red faux wood Adirondack for a relaxing fire or cook up some s'mores!



PATHWAY TO DOCK:

The pathway to our dock is a downhill walk of around 230 feet. It is equipped with large stepping stones for about half of the way and then it is a simple nature path down to the water.



DOCK:

We have a swim dock that is perfect for launching one of our kayaks or just sitting and enjoying the lake!



WATER LEVELS:

As of February 6, 2026 we have about a foot of water at our dock.



WATER CRAFT:

2 single person sit-on-top kayaks that are located on the dock.



LIFE JACKETS:

4 universal overhead

1 adult large vest

1 adult medium vest

3 childrens vest

1 infant vest



FISHING:

Head on down to our dock to enjoy some fishing on Lake Hartwell!! We even have a couple of fishing poles available for you!



PARKING:

Plenty of parking for 3 cars and a trailer can be stored at the top of the driveway in the grass area.



The closest boat ramp is the Rock Springs boat ramp, which is only about 5 minutes away.

Full and private access to the entire house and dock.



The Neighborhood:

Only 9 Miles (15 minutes) from Harbor Light Marina, home to Tilly’s Bar and Grill with great views overlooking the lake! Harbor Light is a great place to rent a pontoon and enjoy the lake! Take a short boat ride and take the boat the our lake house!

WE SUPPLY: Linens, towels

STARTER- hand soap, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, foil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent.



CHECK IN: 4PM

CHECK OUT: 10AM



CLEANING:

We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.



LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY

Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
