GROUND FLOOR:

Step into the property through a private front entrance into a spacious hall that leads to a bright and airy open-plan lounge and dining area, complete with direct access to a large patio. The patio features an outdoor dining area and a kids' playhouse, ideal for family enjoyment. From the hall and dining area, you’ll also find a large, fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor includes a freshly decorated washroom with a sink and toilet, as well as a dedicated laundry cupboard with a washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR:

This level houses three pristine bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom:

• BEDROOM 1 (Master Suite): Features a 150cm queen bed, a separate closet area, a charming covered terrace, and a luxurious ensuite with a walk-in shower, twin sinks, toilet, bidet, and a bathtub with a second shower.
• BEDROOM 2 & BEDROOM 3: Both include two single beds and ample built-in wardrobes.
• FAMILY BATHROOM: Modern and fresh, it features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

SECOND FLOOR:

• BEDROOM 4: The stunning fourth bedroom offers two large terraces with breathtaking sea and mountain views, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. It includes two single beds that can be arranged separately or together, as shown in the photos.
