Beautiful & Classy

Beautiful, romantic, super clean Villa, decorated with sophisticated taste and comfort. Loved the private pool, tropical plants all around, nice view, 2 minute walk to Margot Beach and 5 minutes to Grand Cul-De-Sac. Convenient enough location for us; would definitely stay again. Loved it!

Our March 2024 Visit to St Barth's

This villa was well appointed and designed. We loved lounging by the pool, having drinks on the deck and even eating several dinners on the outside dining area. The house Ipod was a treat! Catherine was always available for any questions we had. (We did rent a convertible and enjoyed it!) Goffrey made our checking very easy and answered any question we had during our stay. Book now!

Absolutely lovely

This is a great place to stay for two people in St Barths. My boyfriend and I go down to Marigot Beach every morning for a dip in the sea before our day begins. It’s just a stones throw away. The place is clean and friendly and the manager, Sandra is very helpful. We will hopefully be back one day!

Disappointing edging on awful

This was our 12th villa rental in st Barts .. starting in the early 80's and this was by far our worst villa . This villa may work for younger fitter ( preferably hard of hearing ) guests but for older more seasoned travelers .. OUCH ! . The villa is directly on a major road with noise levels such that almost impossible to have a conversation . The "view " is of a large tree . The villa layout is broken into 2 separate rooms with no common door ... must move a very heavy hurricane door , step outside and the open /close another hurricane door : expect broken fingernails and slammed fingers . This villa has NO LIVING ROOM ... A very large table which appears to be a conference table takes up the entire space with a small couch on one end that stares directly at a table edge . No television in this room only an pol iPod . we have dining seating for 16 ( as there is another large picnic table just outside ) but no place to lounge . When the noise or sun was too much we had to retreat to the bedroom ( great bed but no chairs or bench ) Once at the villa we had to negotiate a 75 meter walk up a 45% steep grade sometimes carrying packages . Unfortunately we had problems with the wifi for 10 days ( area issue ) and had to pay at local resorts to use their internet . Also we were unaware that the pool is single depth to over 5 ft with only a rickety ladder ... we purchased weighted stands to place in the pool for my wife to step on , only way could use the pool .

TRÈS BRUYANT

Très joli bungalow de luxe pour 1 couple.Belle terrasse, chambre séparée du salon/cuisine.Piscine en contre basde qualité.MAIS ROUTE juste en dessous ,c est meme l autoroute a saint barth,camions et motos toute la journée a partir de 5H30 le matin.IMPOSSIBLE de se reposer et de rêverie qui est le but a saint barth , cette ile que je connais depuis 45 ans ! MAUVAISE SURPRISE !

Magnificent All Around!

The villa was incredible! At a reasonable price! Could cost more but it was absolutely perfect. Sandra was great, picked us up from the airport. Like everyone says the road is a little loud but quickly you get used to it!! The kitchen, the bedroom, the pool, the view, everything was great. Thank you to Sandra and the owner. we saw one of Christian liandres boats in the harbor!

Amazing Villa

Catherine’s villa was lovely. She has great attention to detail in the design of the home as well as the small touches that made our stay completely comfortable. It was perfect for working remotely while enjoying the island. We would absolutely come back.

Maison très agréable et confortable

Simplicité de contact avec le propriétaire Maison conforme aux descriptions En fonction de la sensibilité, le passage de certaines véhicules bruyants peut être dérangeant. Néanmoins en contrepartie, de la maison on entend le bruit des vagues!

Lovely home with picturesque views

Plumeria's House is a lovely and well-appointed villa in Marigot. It has incredible views of Marigot Bay and the ocean just beyond. The decor is very chic, and it offers the perfect amount of space for two people. The villa has top-of-the-line appliances and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the covered porch and enjoyed breakfast there every morning. The deck and pool are also fantastic for enjoying an afternoon swim. This villa does sit just above the road and there is some noise, but we are New Yorkers and it didn't bother us in the slightest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Couple's Hideaway

This was my second time at Plumeria's with my wife. The house is an excellent place for couples to escape to. The house is so clean and so chic feeling and the outdoor area including pool are such great features. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Lovely 1 BR Villa Across the Road from Marigot Bay

This is a lovely, well built villa with its own pool and a spacious deck. There are two sides to the villa - the left side has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and large fridge. There is also a very large dining table and beautiful designer decor. There is a small iPod docking station for music. It is well maintained and very clean. The bedroom is separate, and you have to go outside to move from the bedroom to the kitchen/dining area - not a big problem in that climate. The bed was very comfortable again with beautiful decor and linens. There were too few towels; however, the caretaker, Anne, provided us with extra towels on request. The BIG negative is traffic noise. The villa sits above the main road on that part of the island, and the traffic noise makes conversation difficult at times. Also, there is an extremely steep climb from the parking near the road to the villa, and this is poorly lit at night making it somewhat dangerous. This was our fifth visit to St Barths - overall, we thought the villa was beautiful but would probably not stay there again because of the traffic noise.

Chic Villa in Beautiful Location

We had such a wonderful stay at Plumerias! The villa was decorated so beautifully and the location was great. Very private setting with pool that is just perfect for a couple. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean, kitchen well fitted out with nespresso machine and all cooking supplies. Balcony was a really gorgeous place to watch the sunset and enjoy a cocktail. The owner was very accommodating and responsive which we really appreciated. We are very fussy travelers and we loved it! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Villa for a getaway

Perfect get away for a couple. The design and layout of the villa was superb. Private setting and nice view of Marigot bay (plus access). My wife and I loved it. The villa is in excellent condition and well maintained. Pearl, house care taker, was awesome and very welcoming. Would recommend and we will definitely look revisit in the future.

Amazing time at Plumeria

We stayed at Plumeria for 7 days, it is an excellent house for a couple, very nicely designed, comfortable, very private, has beautiful views of the Marigot bay right from your bed! Our housekeeper Pearl met us at the airport upon arrival, helped us to settle in and kept the house spotless throughout our stay - thank you! We were happy with our time there and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house for two

Perfect!

We had a fantastic time at the Plumeria House! It was perfect for the two of us. The house had all the comforts of home. The pool is a great bonus and the housekeeper, Isabel is fantastic! She came everyday to clean up and wash/changed our towels/sheets if needed (don't forget to tip her!). Soleil welcomed us at the airport and took us to the house to explain how the electronics and AC worked and came right away when we couldn't figure out why the iPod and AC wasnt working (needed her magic touch and a battery). The location is a short walk away from the Guanahani hotel and spa, should you need more pampering. The location is up in the hills but the island is small so you can get down to the beach in a matter of minutes. Note that you have to walk up an incline to get to the property so it might be difficult for people with disabilities and the elderly. Also, renting a car in St. Barths is an absolute must! Most beaches do not have beach chairs or shade but here's a tip- we went to the Isle de France Hotel for the day and used their beach chairs/umbrella as long as you dine at their restaurant. Our favorite beaches are Governer, Soleil and Flammands but all are beautiful. Restaurant-- L'Isola and Do Brazil. Yummy!

Weekend getaway

Very clean, chic villa that is perfect for a couple. Walking distance to the beach and easy drive to Gustavia and St Jean. Deck and pool are very nice amenities. Would definitely go back.
