Cette maison 3/2 est très bien située à seulement 2, 5 miles du campus Texas A&M et de Kyle Field. Il est entièrement meublé et peut accueillir confortablement 6 (queen, queen, full) dans des chambres privées avec des logements supplémentaires pour un maximum de 8 sur demande. La suite principale est située en privé sur le salon en face des chambres. La cuisine s'ouvre bien sur un grand petit-déjeuner ouvert et un coin salon aménagé pour accueillir des amis / famille. La maison a été récemment rénovée avec une rénovation de la cuisine et une nouvelle peinture partout. Il est situé sur une impasse avec parking pour 4 voitures dans l'allée privée.

Fun Parents’ Weekend

This is a great home! It is exactly like the description. The kitchen, family room and dining room connect and are perfect for a big get-together. The internet speed is unbelievably fast! The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of sheets, pillows, throws, towels and kitchen dishrags. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is very well stocked. All the appliances are good quality. This home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the driveway will hold 4 cars. HEB is a short drive away and you can reach campus quickly. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. Keith is a great host and sends quick answers to any questions. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Family Weekend

Keith is a great host. Very quick responses and easy to follow instructions. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room to eat and visit with a big group. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of sheets, pillows, throws, towels and kitchen dishrags. The neighborhood is quiet and there are plenty of parking spaces in the driveway. The Wi-Fi connection is the fastest we have ever had. The washer and dryer worked great. Two thumbs up!!

Great for Parents' Weekend!

The house was great for Parents’ Weekend. Everything you need and more is there! Lots of towels, quilts, sheets, pillows and comfortable beds. Some great Aggie décor. Quiet neighborhood and a very short drive to campus. Very close to HEB. Plenty of driveway parking. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is very well stocked. Washer and dryer were fantastic. The owner is super friendly and had detailed, easy to understand instructions.

Great graduation stay!

We stayed here as one of our daughters was graduating. It made for the perfect place for family and friends to gather before and after the event. With limited capacity at graduation, some were able to stay at the house together and watch the livestream. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare a meal for all the family and friends to celebrate together after graduation. House was clean, comfortable and worked great for our group. Neighbors were friendly. As host, Keith responded to all of our questions or needs and helped make this a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall Stay

Overall, great stay. I would suggest mowing the backyard, it would really show the care for the property, especially if people are paying a good amount to stay. I would also suggest making sure you are stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Great place!

This house was perfect for what we needed for a football weekend. 5 adults stayed comfortably. Most impressive was the stocked kitchen - it had every pot pan and utensil we needed for cooking down to measuring cup spoons strainer - a lot of properties aren’t so well equipped. House was clean and just as listed. Would definitely rent again

Nice place for a weekend

Stayed in the house this weekend with some buddies for a reunion. The house is as advertised. The 3 queen beds are comfortable and there was room for 2 air mattresses, to sleep 5 guys. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is well equipped with a nice living area. It is a bit dated, but clean and it appears the owner recently invested in new granite countertops which are nice. We had a minor issue with the battery operated lock, but the owner was responsive and got us in quickly. Overall communication with the owner was good. The house is in Southwood Valley which isn't real close to campus or the main commercial areas, but nothing is more than a 5-10 min drive. It worked great for us since it was half way between campus and the reunion venue. Although it wasn't a big deal for us due to our plans and heat during the weekend, the backyard wasn't set up for use (i.e., no chairs, table or grill). The backyard is large, but needed some general maintenance. Again, this wasn't an issue for us because of our schedule, but as the weather cools it would be a good upgrade to make this house an even better value. After meeting the owner, I'm guessing he will continue to enhance the property. Overall good value and a nice place to spend a weekend.

We had a great stay for our football weekend! House was as described and clean, quite comfortable for our group. Great communication from the homeowner and a breeze to 'check-in/check-out'. We'd be happy to stay again next season!

Great place for game weekend

Stayed here in October for the second year in a row. Great place to spend game weekend. We plan on staying there again next year if its available. Easily fits 5 grown men. Big den and plenty of seating while watching TV or just hanging out. Very clean and owner is quick to respond if you have questions. If you are coming to College Station, I highly recommend this property. (except on the weekend I plan on being there)
