⏺ NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OVERNIGHT: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please note that we do charge an additional fee per person that stays in the property overnight (12 AM). Parking Two reserved parking spots in the driveway between the property and Texas Avenue Baptist Church. Additional street parking available on Treehouse Trl, which can accommodate larger vehicles and trailers.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire apartment home! The only thing we wish to mention is that we do have 1 locked closet upstairs and 1 locked closet downstairs that is for our supplies. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests!
We have free reserved parking in the rear of the building. You will have two reserved spaces for you and your party.
You may park in the front, street parking, however the walking distance is much further making luggage transfer more difficult than the reserved parking.

Perfect for weekend of Aggie Sports
We stayed here for a full weekend of Aggie sports and family time. Really good location to campus and restaurants. Did not notice any of the traffic noise that a couple of other reviews had mentioned in their reviews and slept very well on the comfortable beds. As a family of 5 with 3 kids this was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Solid place.

Perfect for our family.
Perfect for our family. They had lots of things for a family with Toddlers and an infant which was perfect for us. The A/C worked great. Close to everything and easy on and off the Freeway. Would def stay again. Kids loved the snacks they had for guests. Sean was receptive to our needs.
