The Space
Welcome to La Internacional unit #313 on the 3rd floors, a direct beachfront complex on the Island next door to the famous Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill.
This condo complex is in pristine condition with a cool retro beach vibes & colors, and one of the cleanest on South Padre. A unique benefit of the pool area is its location on the west side, offering afternoon sun. The pool is heated here too, a rare amenity.
Condo 313:
*Completely renovated last year—brand new in every way inside.
*Corner units are about 100 square feet larger than standard units, providing a luxurious and premium space which this one is. While the condo doesn’t have a beachview say from the kitchen, once you walk out on the patio it is trully a stunning view of the sea.
*White quartz counters, all-new walk-in shower with frameless glass, custom king bed in the master bedroom, and new dining/living room furniture.
*Spectacular patio with unobstructed views of the ocean and Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the balcony/patio.
*Property offers an elevator or optional stairs so you don’t have to lug groceries nor gear up stairs
*Free off-street parking
*High-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen smart TVs in both the master bedroom and living room. Spectrum is the provider; please note that service may not be perfect on the Island
*Pool is heated year-round and consistently clean. The outdoor Texas-sized Jacuzzi is massive and comfortably warm. There is an outdoor shower as you come in from the beach to get rid of sand too.
This is the nicest 1-bedroom beachfront condo in La Internacional, possibly the best 1-bedroom beachfront condo on the Island, located directly on the beach for easy access.
Wanna Wanna Beach Bar has free live music on the weekends, beach volleyball, and the infamous Turbo Pina Coladas (watch out! ïŠ ) It does close early so you don’t have to worry about noise while trying to sleep.
While up to 6 guests are allowed, that’s not an ideal number of guests - please note there is only 1 king bed and 1 pull-out couch. We provide an airbed for extra sleeping space, perfect for a slumber party in the living room. Please bring additional bedding if you plan on using the pull out or the airbed.
Towels and bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and trash bags though it is not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. Coin-operated laundry is available for community use on the 1st and 3rd floors of the building but you will need quarters. For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens for free at our office, South Padre Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd.
Parking is first come, first serve, with a maximum of 1 car allowed & we do issue a permit. There is free street parking on Gulf Blvd, though it can become crowded during holidays & weekends. Alternatively, the Post Office on the Island offers free, well-lit, police-patrolled parking just a few blocks away.

Our listing requires that the primary tenant be 25 years of age or older and must be present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25—exceptions may be possible with additional requirements.
We require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. Please e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign before arrival to receive your door code. Provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID or upload it to messaging to verify your age.
An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course ïŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you
