The property was fantastic, very clean, and the hosts were very helpful and answered all of our qeustions. We used this home for our family reunion in th earea and it was just perfect.

The swim deck was great, we had a lot of fun swimming and fishing. The kayaks were fun to use also.

The house was wonderful -- really enjoyed our stay and everything was as described. Location on the Lake was perfect. Communication, Check-in, Check-out all went smoothly! Would love to come back again in the future.

Great All Around!

everything was fantastic! From the house to the dock and the location, me and my family had a blast! Great job on the new game room, however, the arcade was difficult to use/ understand and some games wouldn't let you move or anything but, we were outside mostly!!

Beautiful on the water, needed to get the cobb webs out of the house and the smell was musty. The garage area where the games were was nice but misleading the garage door where the bar stools were was not allowed to be opened and that would have been nice. The arcade game did not work. The location was great just off the main road.

As of this time we've been unable to replicate the arcade game issue but will continue to evaluate. The location is convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. The home was thoughtfully stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, olive oil, cooking staples, foil, and trash bags, making it easy to settle in. The game room was a huge hit with the kids, and its separate A/C kept it comfortable. The views, dock with table, kayaks, and floating pad were all highlights and made for a great lake experience.The biggest downside was the condition of the home. Other than the washer and dryer, nearly every kitchen appliance was outdated and barely functional. The oven and stovetop cooked unevenly, forcing us to rely almost entirely on a skillet by the end of the trip. The grill, which we planned to use for most meals, was also in poor condition. My father-in-law thoroughly cleaned it to try to improve its performance, but it still barely worked.The main house A/C also struggled to cool below 74F, making the home uncomfortable during the hottest parts of the day and overnight.Overall, the location, dock, views, and amenities are excellent, but the property needs significant updates to justify its price. Replacing the kitchen appliances, grill, and improving the A/C would go a long way toward making this home feel like the premium rental it has the potential to be.
