Property was as advertised, clean, well stocked. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils etc. Communication with host was very quick. Check in/out was a breeze. 10/10!!

Vacation Stay

The house was great, the kids enjoyed the pool. The only thing I would add is the instructions to the door alarm to the sliding door and the lights timer to the pool. Everything all around was great!

Great neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely neighborhood with access to walking paths and pools. The house was nicely furnished and the covered lanai was a great way to enjoy the outdoor space.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. Any questions I have are answered promptly and the property is beautiful. This was our second trip to this home and it won’t be our last. The pool is absolutely wonderful and the location is great.

Captain's Cottage Review

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, and every detail seemed carefully planned to make guests feel at home. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the seasonings we needed. Thank you for the personal essentials – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & qtips – things I never thought to pack! The property itself was beautiful and relaxing with an amazing pool that was a constant, perfect temperature. We especially enjoyed the convenient location that was well located for everything we wanted to explore. Communication with the host was excellent — friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Thanks again, Kathy & Mike Sitarski

Awesome Home!!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was fantastic!! New home was very clean and exactly as advertised!!Had an issue with the sliding door to the patio not able to open and Village Valet who manages the property came out extremely fast and had the issue resolved within a couple hours!! Fantastic service and response!!

Wonderful place

This home was beautiful, very clean, great bedrooms and bathrooms and the starter kit was appreciated.Most of all the pool was awesome and MOST IMPORTANT IT WAS WARM making it fun to float in for hours. Although there were community pools every block it was nice to sit by the pool, have cocktails, and relax.Inside and outside are very quiet. Also property was in decent proximity allowing us to go everywhere using a golf cart which we really enjoyed.

Lovely Place to Stay

The home is quite new and everything is well maintained. We appreciated the laundry facilities and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, too. The pool is lovely! Unfortunately, it didn't get a lot of use, due to poor weather. We do wish that pool towels had been available, though. When traveling by plane, we generally don't pack beach towels. We would stay here again.

Being Active

The Villages are amazing. We loved our week there. We took the golf cart everywhere. However it is a little far are from thing as of now. But it’s growing. Our place was nice. The kitchen could use a few more things if you cook. Main bed was comfy but the guest beds are not the most comfortable. Very clean and the neighbors were very nice.

The property was great. We paid the 50 for early check in, arrived at noon and the cleaning crew was in side cleaning. Came back at 2:00 and had to call for access, it was not put in the system for our early check in.

Captain’s cottage

I need to preface this by saying we have stayed in many rentals over the past 10 years. First of all village valet was very response and did a wonderful job of communicating.Needed in the house were extra pillows, towels, washcloths, full length mirror. Noise echoed in the house due to no rugs or drapes. Washing machine was extremely loud. Pool alarm was extremely annoying. Pool was very nice but very disappointing about the water temp. I think these two things should be disclosed to guests before renting. Hot water took forever and the hen it arrived was never very hot. We loved the location of the house to the pools, pickleball courts, Eastport walking trail. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Will definitely rent in this area again.
