**PET POLICY NOTICE**

We welcome up to **two small (well trained) dogs** at our property! Our space is designed to be **pet-friendly**, so your furry companions will feel right at home. However, please note that we **charge a pet fee of $150 per dog**, which **must be paid prior to receiving your check-in instructions**. This fee is separate from the total booking amount and will need to be settled before your stay.



DOG ITEMS PROVIDED: A large dog crate and comfy bed, water & food bowls. We also provide the following supplies: Dog Poop Scooper & Bags to keep the area clean



• Parking: Driveway space for 6 vehicles.

Upstairs, a built-in desk provides a dedicated workspace with views of the water.

• Main level: Queen bedroom with Smart TV, shared full bathroom with walk-in shower.



• Upper level: King bedroom with additional queen sofa bed and lake views; kids’ bunk room with full and twin beds; shared bath with walk-in tiled shower.



• Additional sleeping: Two queen sofa beds in the living room.

Guest Access & Notes:



Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and property, except for one outdoor storage room. Two exterior cameras monitor entry areas for safety. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Wildlife sightings (including black bears) are possible, trash must be secured in provided bins.



No smoking, vaping, or unapproved events allowed. Travel insurance is recommended as refunds are not issued for weather or outages.
