Wonderful property ready to entertain your whole party!

Stayed 10 nights and we were very happy with everything. Furthermore the owner is super nice and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay

Jarrett was hospitable and very responsive. House is beautiful. Great rooms, awesome fire pit, excellent pool, and views you can't beat. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property! Our family vacation was everything we hoped it would be!

My family is already talking about when we can go back! Property was perfect for our family reunion vacation. We practically had the lake to ourselves and we loved the pool and the hot tub. Jarrett was a wonderful host.

Fun Family Gathering Place

Perfect place for the family to gather & celebrate together. Location is convenient to stores & activities to enjoy. Lots of room and amenities to help you feel at home away from home. Jarrett (owner) was super responsive & helpful throughout the planning process & stay. We would stay again & highly recommend Sunset Summit!

Summer lake trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was awesome made the stay that much better We were able to swim at night and hang out on the pool deck. Loved it

Relaxing getaway!

Beautiful and very welcoming home with everything you could possibly need! The kitchen was so well stocked with every cooking gadget you could ask for!! The pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were so so comfy! We loved our week here with four generations making some wonderful memories!!!

Great stay!

We found the property to be just as advertised and we couldn't have been happier. The location provides for a nice quiet spot after a long day of boating, skiing, tubing and jet skiing. The game room was a big part of our day as we love to play ping pong!

Lake Lanier Getaway

Perfect spot. Hosts are very helpful, and it’s a very secluded part of Lake Lanier. Plenty of room, wonderful pool/hot-tub, plenty to do and large enough property to feel remote. Would rent again.

Wonderful family vacation spot

It was a wonderful home and the owners were very attentive. We planned out first family multigenerational vacation with our adult children, spouses and grandchildren. It was a wonderful place with plenty of room. Thanks again for making our first annual family vacation a huge success.

The house is clean, well stocked with great amenities. Wonderfully designed with lake views in many of the rooms. Owners are available to help with any questions. We would definitely return!

Perfect multi-family lake house

Pool; dock; large living room and kitchen for gathering; activity-filled basement....this is the perfect lake house for getting families together. The owner is extremely attentive and available as well. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

Our stay at Sunset Summit was amazing from the time of reservation through check-out. The owners are incredibly welcoming and warm. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely book again.

Lake Lanier Get Away

We enjoyed this lake house very much….had exactly what we needed and more! Even though the weather was not our friend during this stay, we were able to relax, laugh and enjoy the hot tub and game room. Owner was wonderful to work with and was very reactive to any questions.

Lake Lanier Gem

We enjoyed our stay here. Our family of 14 loved the pool area, fishing off the dock, nice fire pit area and a great game room. We loved having the 2 refrigerators and ovens. It was pretty secluded, be sure to bring bug spray. Jarrett was wonderful to work with!!
