Bellissimo Castle is one of the few homes on Lake Lanier that provides you with 2 Luxury Tri-toon boats, Custom Ordered Wake Boat, 2 Sea-Doo jet skis, Paddle boat, Kayaks and Paddleboards at your own private dock ( additional rental fees apply ) property also provides the entire family with outdoor and indoor entertainment unlike any other home on the lake. This unique home has 3 levels of living space....8 bed rooms,,,the top floor of the home has the largest master bedroom with a king bed and on-suite bath, fireplace, lake view, gym area, desk area and stone stairway up to the star-gazing roof top bar complete with fire-pit table , bar area and refrigerator. The main level of the home has a spacious family room with fire place, open dining area and kitchen with fireplace ( dining for 22 people) bedroom with king bed and on-suite bath and elevator to lower level. Walk out to covered patio and deck area with fire place and fire pit table and beautiful lake view. The lower terrace level provides a game room with karaoke system, card table, chess table, Golden Tee video game, bar area with refrigerator and fireplace and 6 more bedrooms...4 king beds, 1 queen bed and 6 bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms have walk-out doors to the pool area and one of the bedrooms has a fireplace. We provide you with a Side-By-Side ATV to carry coolers, food or guests to the dock area or to the outdoor recreational area located on the property which has sand volleyball, pickle ball court, outdoor chess set, foosball, pool table , basketball and cornhole. The area has several great activities...however, you have so many activities on the property, there is no need to leave ! Do your kids love camping ? We have 2 (4) person tents and 6 sleeping bags for them use if they want to break free from the adults.

You will be greeted at the home upon arrival by the host or the home owner and the homeowner will be available for any issues that may arrise.

ATV / Plenty of parking on the property, circular driveway in front of the home can accommodate 10-15 cars, additional parking in driveway adjacent to the house can accommodate 15 + cars

Please cover your pet deposit, the deposit is per pet and you will be charged if you show up with more pets than posted on the reservation. The home has security cameras at the front gate, the front door and pool area of the home for insurance purposes. If you have an issue with the pool camera, please let us know.
Security cameras are located at the front entrance of the home and at the boat dock for your safety . Pool has a security camera for insurance purposes but may be turned off if so requested. Front entrance of the property has ponds and waterfalls , children should not be allowed to walk on the rocks or in the ponds or waterfalls. Home is equipped with an elevator and sauna and should not be used without reviewing instructions ...children are not allowed to use without adult supervision. A pet deposit of $300 PER pet is required at booking. Please be honest ! If you show up with additional pets you will be required to pay the additional deposits. Guests will be greeted by David or Nancy upon arrival. This home is not your typical short term rental home, several unique systems and additions require instruction to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. Early check-in is not allowed unless required within 24 hours before the arrival date. Our cleaning service arrives at 10 am on check out day.
