At The Captain's Quarters you will find a welcoming interior making you feel right at home. The space has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick meal. The living room has plenty of space to sprawl out, relax, and stream your favorite show. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin pull out trundle bed. The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo.

-Parking is shared in the duplex.
-2 parking spots for this unit.
-1 well behaved dog is allowed with a few additional rules.
-Include up to 1 dog in booking so the pet fee is applied.
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
-Dog must be kept on leash outside of the property.
-No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture.
-No Parties, no smoking.
-Quiet Hours 10PM-7AM.
-Min 25 years old to book.
-The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property.
