We loved the house. The pool area was great. Plenty of room for our group. My recommendation is update dryers. We had to run several times to get things dried. I would definitely recommend this house. Thank you

Awesome Stay

First let me start by saying the stay was amazing. My family had a great time and loved the property. The pool was great, 2 dishwashers were a great plus, awesome hot tub and super close to beach access - realty company was prompt and fixed everything that needed attention in a reasonable time. All that being said, the house is in need of some TLC, especially the decks - we were able to enjoy them, but they were a bit sketchy and could really use some attention. I would absolutely stay at this property again and I look forward to doing so next summer.

We had an awesome stay and the house was just what we needed! Unfortunately, the dryers weren't replaced since the Sept. post. It took forever to dry anything. It took hours to dry a load of clothes. And shorty WIFI!! With a house full of Christmas electronics and fire sticks, this was a major overall bomber!😒 Overall, we didn't let it ruin our stay and with a few upgrades throughout the house-kitchen(ice maker), new mattresses in most rooms, and definitely better WIFI, stay would've been complete!!

Service from the realty company was superb! There was a slight issue with one of the cabinet doors and they were over within our first hour to fix it! The grill was out of propane and they came over within hours to refill. The house is a bit worn and is in desperate need of a very good cleaning. There is black mold in all of the showers, the faucet in the kitchen sink is hanging off, the lights in the pool do not work nor do many of the outside lights by the pool, the back sliding door on the lowest level is very hard to slide/move, the grill is extremely old and rusted, the outdoor furniture by the pool is Rusty and very old one of the seats was actually hanging and you could not sit on it... but the overall location is excellent it’s a very quick walk to the beach overall we had a great time but we’re a little disappointed with the upkeep on the house

our vacation in this home was wonderful. There was enough bedrooms for everyone and we did utilize the den also. Kitchen was well equipped. Access to the beach was not good for the 2 that were handicapped so we went down to Jeanette's pier and enjoyed the beach there. Better outdoor furnishings needed but all was well. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay on the outerbanks very much! there were a few issues with the property when we arrived. 1) third floor a/c not working, but service guys were able to get that fixed fairly quick.2) grill in bad shape and was not cleaned, spent some time cleaning it myself.3)kitchen stovetops not cleaned with visible food remnants on both, also oven not cleaned.4)kitchen sink need replaced, black mold on the inside.5)washer/dryer units need replaced as confirmed by your repair men, control knobs falling off.6)deck chairs/lounge chairs rusting/falling apart, need replaced, on a positive note the house was spacious and comfortable, our family had a good time. Thanx! We'll use your realty company again!

Enjoyed an early spring weekend at Catchin’ Zs on the Outer Banks! Beautiful house and excellent location with easy beach access. Great beach house layout and house was well equipped. Everything was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

The rugs did not appear vacuumed and the drainage in two of the master bath showers drained very slowly. We killed 4 cockroaches during our stay. There was a missing towel rack and one of the bunk bed ladders was off and would not fit on. The location was great and we still made it a good time.

Esther, thank you for your review. I am so happy to hear you found the location of AW3 great for you and your group. We have coordinated with pest control to treat accordingly, however it was reported the cockroaches you mentioned turned out to be Palmetto bugs, either way should no longer be an issue. We have also scheduled to repair the missing towel rack, along with adjusting the ladder on the bunk bed and clearing out the drains in the master bath showers. In the future please never hesitate to reach out to our office while you are still here, as we would love the opportunity to address and repair anything needed while you are still here. Hopefully overall you enjoyed your vacation, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Love Nags Head, and loved the location the beach was perfect. The house however was not anything as the pictures described. The beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. The kitchen tables were sticky, and the sectional never stayed attached and very uncomfortable.
