Beach house was excellent. Had enough room for our whole group of 16. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Five stars....

Homeplace became Our Place

Perfect location for our growing family. Nestled on a street that ended in a dead end circle. Perfect for our evening bike rides and whiffle ball games. It was less than 10 min walk thru the quiet community to the beach. It was a 15 min walk or 5 min ride to the most amazing playground. The pool was clean as well as the hot tub. The many porches were relaxing. We were never on top of each other. I highly recommend this house.

Good location for us. But when we arrived and checked in at 4pm, the outdoor chairs were covered, no, coated with pollen.. the hot tub barely had enough water in it to cover the seats and the pool was full of leaves and debris. doubtful anyone had been at the house in weeks. Disappointing start. Contacted the mgt via text and I will say they responded promptly. Someone came out the next day to service the hot tub and pool, but the chairs were left to us to clean. Good points, lots of refrigerator room, 2 full size on top floor, one full size on bottom floor. Washer/dryer on first and second floors. Bedrooms were okay, beds a bit hard for our liking. Pool table on bottom floor, a few of the pockets were ripped so the pool balls would fall thru onto the floor, not major, more of a minor pain. Parking is all in the open, no covering, even for motorcycles. But good friends made the stay a good time.

Charles, Thank you for accentuating the positives during your stay and we apologize that the hot tub was not up to standards. This has been a difficult spring with the pollen and you visited at the height of the dusting that covered everything in the area at that time. What you experienced is not the norm and we hope you give us another chance to redeem ourselves soon.

Renter BEWARE - It was horrible - the house is disgusting dirty, there are pee stains all over the carpets - some were still damp when we got the rental. Warning: they do not provide clean blankets because the owner opts out of that service - per the agents from Blue Rentals when I called. Honestly would you put your own family in those beds with dirty blankets - The agent had no answer. - This seems like a Health Violation of some sort. The furniture has stains all over as did the nasty blankets they wanted us to use from the bedrooms. The high hats in the house are hanging off from the ceiling, due to the owner not wanting to correct the wrong size used. so the cheap fix is Velcro which isn't working well - There is an outlet in the middle of the floor in the dinning room/ living room NOT flush to floor No cover - electrical issue and tripping hazard.The back yard looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks, we spent the first 2 hours out there cleaning and weeding so we could enjoy. No outside flood lights and pool light doesn't work. All things we were told the owner is aware of and doesn't want to fix. Broken/ripped front window screens. Rusted lawn chairs. The pool ground skimmer doesn't have the correct cover on it - Beware if you step on it - it becomes a skate board and you will go down on your knees (lovely black and blue is now your new skin color) The owner and agents should be ashamed of what they provide given the cost of the house :(

Susan, Many of our properties provide guests "Blue Standard Bedding" which is a standardized hotel like look to each bed and the sheets as well as the bed cover is replaced each week. This property is not one of those that participates in the program at this time. After consulting with the owner regarding your review that will likely change. We regret you did not have a 5-Star experience with us and hope you will give us another chance soon.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. I understand that the pool is not open until May, but the pool was uncovered and you could see the green leafy water from the balconies, a bit of an eye sore. Also, one of the chairs on the dining table had a broken leg, I called the office and let them know. I hope they fixed it, other than that, the house is beautiful and clean. It would be nice if they kept the left over condiments from the previous renters. I mean, what do they do with the left over salt and pepper and oil?
