* **28-Day Minimum Stay:** Please note that this property requires a minimum reservation of 28 days, in accordance with local regulations.

* **City of Palm Springs Requirements:** The City requires all guests to sign a separate written contract, which will be sent to you before arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of any personal vehicles. This verification is completed on a secure third-party platform (SuiteOp) after your reservation is confirmed.

* **Community Pool:** The community pool is heated for your enjoyment. Please note that this is a shared, communal amenity and not a private pool.

* **Cancellation Policy:**

* Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a 100% refund.

* Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund.

* Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
