Prior to your arrival, youâll receive a unique access code that will work on all exterior doors, including the garage.
In addition, youâll be provided with a separate, auto-generated code specifically for your unit. This code is created through Point Central Software and will remain active for the entire duration of your stay, ensuring both privacy and security.
Parking is available in the garage, and youâll be able to come and go freely using your personalized entry codes.
This one-of-a-kind property truly represents the height of luxury, combining modern sophistication with Castleberry Hillâs historic loft character. Designed with groups, events, and extended stays in mind, the space spans multiple levels and eight separate condo-style units, offering both privacy and shared gathering areas.

Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABCâs Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis â not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) â is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the companyâs logo.
