The Space:
Designed as a relaxing retreat, the home features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with plush queen beds with soft cotton sheets and oversized comforters for a restful nightâs sleep. There are three well-designed bathrooms: one custom designed half bath downstairs for guests, one in the primary bedroom that has walk-in shower and lighted mirror, and one en suite in the second bedroom with a deep bathtub for soaking. Each has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with towels.The primary bedroom has a balcony where you can catch the amazing violet sunsets that Austin offers in the winter.
The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, including a gas stove, oven, under counter microwave, coffee maker, mixer, wine glasses and more, making it easy to prepare meals. For those who love to cook, youâll find several amazing grocery stores nearby, including walkable Sprouts, 2 HEBs, and Central Market, perfect for sourcing fresh ingredients and preparing a gourmet meal. Enjoy your creations on the outdoor fenced-in patio, which features a dining table, plants, and an umbrella for shade. The living room, with a sofa bed, offers extra comfort for unwinding, or accommodating additional guests.

The property is located in the vibrant and centrally situated Mueller neighborhood of Austin, Texas. Known for its walkable streets and urban charm, the area offers a mix of residential homes, trendy eateries, boutique shops, and green spaces. Nearby parks, like Patterson Park and the Mueller Lake Park, provide outdoor recreation opportunities, while the iconic Alamo Drafthouse and local farmers' market add to the community's appeal. Getting Around:

*PARKING
The home has one off-street parking spot and shares a driveway with the owner. It also has plenty of on-street parking. The home is equipped with a 240v outlet if car charging is needed. (do not provide charging cord). The entrance to the home is through a secluded alley which gives you private access to the home.
*Community Pool
Our favorite community pool is "Patterson Pool". It's free admission and just a few blocks from the house and it's open seasonally typically from April-October, but you can look up their schedule online. There are also others in the area.
*EXPLORIING
The home is ideally situated for exploring Austin. Take a short walk using the greenbelt trail a block away to the vibrant Mueller and Cherrywood neighborhoods, where you can visit the farmerâs market on Sundays, picnic, play or workout at several parks, play tennis, sand volleyball and pickleball, and enjoy local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and greenbelts. The unique Delwood neighborhood is also known for its occasional peacock visitors which live down the street and roam the neighborhood.
*Getting Around
You can easily ride a scooter, catch a rideshare, walk or drive to UT football games, the Moody Center for a concert, or the UT Disch-Falk baseball Field for a game. Stay connected with the google fiber WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV. The property is conveniently located on a bus route and is just minutes from downtown, the University of Texas, the Moody Center, nearby Dell Childrenâs and St. David hospitals and major employers like Tesla, Apple, and Dell. With North and South Austin and various suburbs nearby, and only 7 miles from the airport, youâre perfectly positioned to explore all that the city has to offer.
