We're thrilled to share that while the property you know and love remains the same in structure, it has been updated with new furnishings to enhance your stay. The home now features three king-sized beds, making it perfect for up to six guests to enjoy comfortably.



This unit is one of four in Reserva Conchal’s Bougainvillea condos that have the highest elevation for amazing ocean views from the master bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and terrace. The views include the mountains of Cabo Velas (Cape Velas), The Catalina Islands that are miles into the ocean, and most of the facilities of Reserva Conchal (including the beach club, Westin Resort, the new W Hotel, and Flamingo).



This unit also has unparalleled views of the legendary Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole golf course (used for the PGA Latin America tour). One can see 8 fairways and six holes from each of the two master bedrooms and, of course, from the large terrace.



Redressed and remodeled from the ground up, including a heightening of the ceilings, in late 2018, our Bougainvillea condominium #4315 sleeps 6 people comfortably in beds. The second-story master suite includes a king-size bed, the first-story master bedroom also includes a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has a king size bed too. Each of the three bedrooms with its own full private bathroom and Smart TV’s.



The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything for even the most discerning chef, you will love looking out onto the ocean and the tropical forest as you prepare treats for your family. The kitchen includes upgraded cabinetry, fine quartz countertops, microwave, electric cooktop with oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, food processor, toaster, and much more. Here you will also find the pantry and the utility room with a full-size washer and dryer.



The living/dining room is nicely furnished and has incredible views that can be enjoyed from these spaces. While on the terrace you and your guests can enjoy the newly renovated and expanded private pool, barbecue, and jacuzzi facility. We provide folding beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for your use, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, basic spices, cocking oil, soap/shampoo and more.



The Development and Amenities

This unit includes access to Reserva Conchal’s PGA quality golf course, the distinguished 60,000 ft beach club, large and modern gym, spa, The Reserva Conchal Wildlife Refuge with hiking/walking trails, Reserva Conchal’s Eco-adventure park.



The golf course was designed and engineered by the world-famous Robert Trent Jones II. It is a par 71 championship course laid out over 7021 yards. It is the first Audubon-certified golf course in Costa Rica.



You will traverse lakes, creek beds, and sand traps all while coddled in between the forest with a backdrop of majestic views of the blue Pacific Ocean. You are likely to see a host of bird species, Howler Monkeys, White-faced Coati’s, Iguana’s, and a plethora of tropical tree species.

Reserva Conchal’s Beachclub

- As a renter of this lovely condo, you will have access to this magical facility located on one of Costa Rica’s loveliest white sand beaches.

There are two pools, one of them is a 60-meter lap pool, the other has a ‘beach’ entry which is perfect for children or semi-submerged sunbathing. Naturally, there are built-in sitting areas to enjoy a tropical cocktail in this serene setting or enjoy a delicious meal at the Catalinas Restaurant.



The gym is fully enclosed and air-conditioned. It is located in front of the beach entry pool and the ocean. It features Cyber weight equipment, free weights, all kinds of cardio machines, and more.

The Heavenly Spa at Reserva Conchal’s beach club is a place to invigorate! Featured are private massage rooms, saunas - both dry and wet, and jacuzzies.



There is also a salon for hair, nails, and facials! Reflexology, Thai massage, and other treatments are at your fingertips. There is also access to the W’s Away Spa.

Outdoor activities abound in Reserva Conchal included in your access to the Beach Club are free kayaks, mountain bikes, and stand-up paddleboards (RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE WITH THE BEACH CLUB CONCIERGE).



There are miles of groomed trails through Reserva Conchal’s 98-acre nature reserve so you can have a peaceful walk to recharge with serenity among nature.

In the Housed at the beach club, you can join a Yoga, Pilates, or Barre class with certified trainers.

Finally, there are weekly opportunities to join one of the many community service events organized by Reserva Conchal.

Getting Around:

We recommend a golf cart or car rental to get around with ease. The resort also has an internal shuttle if you don't want to drive. We can arrange airport transfers, local taxis and rental cars for you.
