Ceci est le paradis situé le centre d'un skieur de 250 yards du Quicksilver télésiÚge et niché entre le Marriott et Hyatt et alors seulement 2 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Lorsque vous entrez dans cette unité, vous remarquerez immédiatement le degré d'ouverture et une sensation de légÚreté. Il a été rénové l'année derniÚre. L'unité est accentué avec des poutres de pin assiette et caractéristiques pin noueux enveloppés dans le salon principal. La cuisine est mis en place pour un cuisinier gastronomique avec une nouvelle gamme de cuisson en acier inoxydable et micro-ondes. Il y a tous les accessoires que vous attendez comme un grille-pain, mijoteuse, mixeur et machine à café. La particularité de cet appareil est sa forme de goutte ßlot de cuisine avec 4 tabourets. Il est également positionné de façon optimale pour un repas décontracté vous permettant de manger et regarder la télévision. La table de salle à manger est prévue pour 6 mais a une feuille d'expansion pour jusqu'à 8 personnes. Le salon dispose d'une nouvelle coupe de cuir avec un grand canapé-lit. Il existe un paquet audio robuste contrÎlé par le récepteur Denon. Vous pouvez regarder des DVD, cùble, Netflix, ou jouer votre iPhone sur les haut-parleurs de son surround. Ne pas oublier de vérifier la cheminée à gaz journal.

Off le salon principal sont est une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s. Les portes-fenĂȘtres de la salle qui a un futon simple en haut. Cette chambre dispose Ă©galement d'une salle de bains avec une douche complĂšte. Il y a aussi un empilable cachant laveuse sĂ©cheuse dans les armoires - Si vous avez des petits enfants qui veulent obtenir leurs vĂȘtements secs pour le lendemain.

La chambre principale dispose de 2 lits doubles et un canapĂ©-lit. Il y a une armoire pour les vĂȘtements ainsi que la tĂ©lĂ©vision et un lecteur DVD. Il y a une salle de bain ainsi. La chambre d'hĂŽtes dispose Ă©galement d'un lit Queen avec un grand canapĂ©-lit. Cette chambre dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Les deux chambres ont curseurs pour permettre un maximum de lumiĂšre dans l'appareil.

L'entrĂ©e se double d'un vestiaire de sorte que vous pouvez accrocher vos skis sur le mur et mettez vos bottes prĂšs du chauffage. Il y a aussi un coin salon pour le rendre facile Ă  prendre vos bottes et dĂ©sactiver quand vous entrez dans l'appartement. Au large de la zone d'habitation principale il y a une terrasse couverte en plein air qui vous permet de cuire sur le gril de propane de barbecue. L'entretien de l'appareil est impeccable, mĂȘme pour les plus exigeants des clients.

Pour les commodités ne pas oublier les grandes cuves supplémentaires en plein air chaud et de bains à remous intérieur et la piscine extérieure du centre de loisirs de Columbine qui est à environ 20 secondes à pied de l'immeuble à condos. Il y a un parking couvert pour deux voitures en tandem. Vous aurez besoin de passes de stationnement dans le tableau de bord. Il est INTERNET HAUTE VITESSE SANS FIL par Comcast dans toutes les unités dans le complexe.

Mike helped us out when our original VRBO double booked itself. We loved how close we were to peak 9. It was a short walk to get to the lift. Easy access to get into town as well. We didn't have to worry about parking at all. The couch was the most comfortable thing ever. We enjoyed some sledding as well. Def visit Apres for a drink while you are here.

walk Everywhere

We keep coming back to Breckenridge and The Lift complex in the Four seasons area is the best value for the dollar. The units are spacious and the complex is built solid so you really don’t hear your neighbors and don’t have to worry that you noise is bothering someone else. This unit’s fireplace is the focal point and has a real stone surface and a great built in media center. We love the exposed beam look and all the knotty pine woodwork. Mike really did a lot of detail work in the unit. Kids loved the selection of board games. Nice to get them off the screens for a bit. The walk into town was maybe 3 minutes. Favorite place was Mi Casa. The kids went back and forth between the hot tub and the pool. The pool is nice and shallow so we really got to relax and not worry about their safety.

Breckenridge Beauty!

This condo was lovely. We are already looking forward to our next stay. The furnishings were exquisite, nothing has been overlooked. There was plenty of space for our family with the large loft area. We enjoyed being able to walk out for dinner in the evenings and discovered a couple of nice hiking trails nearby. Having the washer & dryer in the condo was handy too.

Skiing

This is the second time I have booked a property with Mike and Joy. The reason we came back to them is they listen to what we need, they offer a number of properties for us to choose from and similar to last year it is exactly what we needed. It is in a great location within easy access to the Quicksilver and the town. Near the restaurants and night life. We love Breckenridge, it is the second year running we have traveled from Ireland and dealing with Mike and Joy makes everything so simple, thank you once again.

Disappointing

Our family appreciated the living space, the leather sectional, fireplace and kitchen island. We struggled with the two bathrooms that badly need renovation, the sink was broken in the nice bathroom-couldn't unplug and when I let the owner know about that and the burned out light bulbs the owner did not fix. We arrived at 6:15 on our first night and the cleaners weren't finished till 7:40. We realize some of this can happen but we were paying top $. There needed to be some extra touches such as a bottle of wine, nicer kitchen small appliances, knives were horrible, everything seemed cheap or rickety in the kitchen. We have stayed at many VRBO's and this one was not nearly as nice as others. Extra towels for hot tub would have been nice. The 2 sofa sleepers in the two outdated bedrooms were completely unusable and this was a big disappointment that I had to have my brother sleep on the living room couch. Super annoying. Bottom line is they should spend the $ to update the 2 bedroom/ baths before they even thinking they can advertise their place as they do.

Marvelous summer getaway!

Back Again!

This is our second time out and we will be back again. This location has it all. The pool was a blast for our kids. This time we got to do more hiking and realized that there are just so many trails just a 2-5 minute walk from our location. Mike helped us out with a hiking map as well as a local rental shop that gave us a really good deal. We got to experience the Peak 8 funpark twice this trip and its not by my choice. The kids just couldn’t get enough of it. The condo is fantastic. I saw some new furniture updates and nice work on the surround sound! Great location and we will be back again.

Super convenient

Our family had a great summer vacation in Breckenridge. We were very active and this condo is really so convenient to everything. On Sunday we walked down the street and we were in the Farmers market. How convenient is that? Then for breakfast the Blue Moose is right across the street. The bike trail pretty much starts at the Blue River and that was maybe a minute away on a bike. We love the ability to walk into town. The condo is completely decked out with the finest furnishings and the cleaner does a wonderful job considering all the items in there that can collect dust. Love this town and loved the condo we will have to come back some day.

Lovely New Furnishings

We have been coming back to this complex for quite a few years. The location has it all. We love the summers here. The grandkids love the pool. Summer/Winter/Spring/Fall

Breckenridge is one of my favorite cities in the world and Main Street Breckenridge is my favorite street. I loved how close our condo was to main street. We walked everywhere we went and we even have very little kids. The condo was just what we wanted! We will be going back as soon as we can, doesn't matter the season!!!!

Fantastic location!

Our Winter Getaway

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely unit in Breckenridge. Upon arrival, we were amazed at how beautiful this place is. It absolutely met all of our expectations. It was exactly as described and pictured. The owner/manager were very accomodating and helpful. Questions were answered promptly, and they gave us great tips. The walk to the Quicksilver chairlift is beautiful! It is about a 5-8 minute walk if you are not carrying skis. We chose to store our skis at Breckenridge Sports which was very convenient for our family. Main Street is very close to this property which makes it easy for those who don't have a car . We would definitely rent this unit again and highly recommend it to others.

Couples Retreat

My husband and I decided to take a couples ski vacation with our friends, but had no idea where to stay in Breckenridge. Mike and Joy were so helpful in helping us weigh the pros and cons of each location. We were delighted when we walked in, because the condo greatly exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, updated and spacious. We really liked the fact that it was so close to the ski lift and shopping and restaurants in Breckenridge. Thank you for a wonderful mini ski vacation!

Well Equiped Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condominium. It was exactly what I had requested. We have 3 young children and it had as stackable washer & dryer which saved us countless trips to the laundry facilities. The hot tub complex was only 50 yards away - so we could actually enjoy it. It was spacious and nicely decorated and so well equipped that we did not even need to use the croc pot we brought with us. It was close enough to the main street to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. We are looking to rebook again in the summer of 2009.

Great condo, great skiing

Our family has been vacationing at The-lift for many years. The condo had an open spacious living room and a very well equipped kitchen.The three updated bathrooms were wonderful because it allowed us to get an early start on the day. After a full day of skiing, it was a pleasure to relax and put some steaks on the gas grill on the deck and listen to the stereo or watch one of the 3 TVs. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were not the usual white. As the owner says, this was truly a home away from home.

Awesome Condo

We’ve stayed at the Lift condos several times now and loved it every time. Great in winter for easy walk to Peak 9 base area and jump right onto the lift there - no need to drive or get on a bus at the end of the day either. Also super easy to walk into town in summer and winter for food, drinks, ice sculptures, shopping, whatever you want to do. From the unit we stayed in, we could see the peaks and ridges above the ski slopes, lots of light. Unit we’ve been in was very spacious. We had 3 huge bathrooms in our 2 bdrm unit. The kitchen is so amazing words cannot describe it. Everything in it is top notch. Overall great place to stay!

We love Breckenridge and we love skiing. We have a 6 yr old and 10 year old and already have them on skis. If you have a family with little ones we know what it is like and have all the amenities you will need for the little ones.

This location is one of the best in town. The first reason is that you are only 100 yards to town and all the nightlife it has to offer. Sometimes parking can be a nightmare in Breckenridge and what is better than being able to walk everywhere, enjoy the ambience of the town, and not have to hassle with parking. The second reason you will love this location is that you only have to walk 250 yards to the Quicksilver chairlift. That is only 3 minutes in ski boots and the pathway is pretty flat.
