The main cabin is romantic and cozy with a covered front porch, wood burning fireplace, DirecTV (with surround sound), seating area, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The queen sized “Dream Cloud” bedding is guaranteed to give you a rejuvenating and healthy night’s sleep. Enjoy the large covered back porch with views of the national forest and mountains beyond while relaxing on a futon or taking a warm bath in the seasonal outdoor claw foot tub.

The spa pavilion is relaxing and is the hub of the retreat having private access to the cabin and game/bunk room as well as the path that leads to the large scenic overlook deck that is perfect for star gazing at night. In the spa pavilion you’ll enjoy a 6-person hot tub, 4-person dry sauna, 4-person steam room with shower, powder room and lounge area with a huge wood burning fireplace and TV. The audio/video is state-of-the-art and the laser light show is truly a unique experience.

The split level game/bunk room is a blast and truly a space for all ages. Relax in the lower lounge area with a wood burning fireplace, 72” TV (with theatre sound), arcade games, dart board, and slot machine. The dry bar with ice maker and commercial refrigerator will keep plenty of refreshments and snacks for the whole family throughout your stay. The upper level sleeps 3 with a 3 story twin bunk bed and a fitness area for a quick workout Full size innerspring futons are an alternative to the bunk beds.

The camp is located 50 minutes from Downtown Denver, 40 minutes to the Loveland Ski area, 1 hour to the ski resorts in Summit County and 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Denver International Airport. Access to 5 popular trailheads are within 1 mile including the St Mary's Glacier Hike, Yankee Hill, Loch Lomond, Rock House and Rainbow Road leading up to 3 mountain lakes.

My cabin is located on the same property however you will have total privacy throughout your stay. I will always be available to assist with any needs you may encounter during your stay. Gino

Fall River Mining Retreat is located at 10,000 feet elevation and can cause high altitude sickness for some guests. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water at least 1 day prior to arrival and throughout your stay. Please note that refunds are not offered due to this condition.

PLEASE NOTE:
Fall River Road is a 2-lane paved county road kept in very good plowed condition throughout the snow season. The journey up and down is beautiful but can also be slippery in the winter months so please drive carefully and obey the posted SPEED LIMITS (35MPH in most areas). MOST IMPORTANTLY, 4 Wheel or All Wheel Drive Vehicles (with SNOW TIRES or CABLES/CHAINS) are necessary to navigate Fall River Road in heavy winter conditions. It is recommended to book a rental car through "TURO" where you can request and be sure your vehicle will be equipped with SNOW TIRES! The access drive to the mine camp is steep so under heavy winter conditions, a Polaris Ranger side-by-side will be made available to navigate the driveway.
