Bienvenue à Marguerite DeVille par KEES Vacations

Marguerite DeVille est une maison de huit chambres récemment rénovée pouvant accueillir confortablement 18 personnes! Elle est située à un pâté de maisons de la plage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan, à quelques pas des grandes plages de sable de Corolla! Lorsque vous n'êtes pas sur la plage, profitez du paradis tropical de la cour tropicale de Marguerite DeVille!

Cette maison a sa propre piscine privée et un bain à remous avec des palmiers et un hamac pour se détendre et se détendre avec votre boisson préférée. Le gril à gaz construit sur mesure avec comptoirs en granit et coin bar est parfait pour griller et se divertir! Marguerite DeVille possède également un coin salon avec pergola sur mesure pour les visites en famille et entre amis. Le foyer en pierre avec sièges est parfait pour profiter de Smore et d'une soirée au coin du feu! Pour les plus actifs, un terrain de volley-ball sur sable, un terrain de basket-ball ou une partie de fers à cheval!

Le deuxième niveau est l'endroit où se trouvent la cuisine récemment rénovée et la grande salle. Vous apprécierez de cuisiner dans votre cuisine ultramoderne avec des armoires personnalisées et des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Une salle à manger avec deux grandes tables pour accueillir tous vos invités. La grande salle dispose d'un grand téléviseur à écran large avec une barre de son bose et d'un foyer à gaz linéaire. Il y a un coin salon avec une table pour les réunions de famille et des jeux de société. Ce niveau a également une demi-bain.

Le premier niveau a trois suites king master, deux chambres de taille queen qui partagent une salle de bain complète. Il y a aussi une buanderie à ce niveau avec laveuse et sécheuse.

Le niveau du sol est plein d'amusement! Il y a une salle de cinéma avec téléviseur à écran large et son surround, table de billard et bar avec un grand réfrigérateur! Deux chambres doubles, une chambre avec lits superposés et deux salles de bain complètes.

This property was well equipped. Everything you need. Location was amazing! Bring your clothes, garbage bags and toilet paper because this rental has everything else.

Location and amenities of the house were terrific. Be cautious with relying on the photos posted online though, they are obviously taken by someone who knows how to use photography to make spaces look larger than they really are. The lower level/game room is dark, damp, and much smaller than it appears online. The house was also severely in need of a deep clean (door jams - railings inside house black with grime, ceiling fans covered with so much dust it flew everywhere when turning on fans, and pans in cupboards covered in grease). We also arrived to several maintenance issues - nails popping up out of decking in main walkways, no shelves in door to fridge, outdoor shower didn’t work, cracked lounge chair on deck, hot tub leaking underneath which dripped directly in front of bedroom door exit below,

End of Summer Trip

The house had everything we needed to have one last big trip of the summer! The pool outside was our saving grace, especially when the beach was a little too windy and choppy to swim. The house was clean, some cigar debris left in the fire pit from a previous stay however, everything else was clean. Our only complaint was that the house was made to sleep up to 18 people however, upon our arrival, there was only enough toilet paper/soap provided for 5 people. Kees was very quick to respond and drop off additional toiletry items during our stay. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and would love to visit again!

Great Vacation

The people that take care of the property couldn’t have been nicer or better. We had one problem that the grill was dirty and we texted the company. They had somebody there in 15 minutes and he spent hours cleaning the grill. The kitchen is amazing. stocked with anything you need. I would definitely rent this house again. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes. It was a great vacation. we have a huge family and everybody sat at the huge table at dinner and it was great. The beds were comfortable. The house was as cool as you wanted it to be. I was worried about them, if they you couldn’t change the temperature but you could put it on whatever you needed. It was very clean. The pool was beautiful and clean.

Great time few disappoints

Was a great trip, walk to beach was short with nice walkway! Was a storm one night the next day the to check on hot tub we asked if he could clean pool because there way a lot of debris in it said he didn’t have time but he actually came back next day and cleaned it which was unexpected and greatly appreciated! Are only issue was that we couldn’t get any TV other than living room to work. Basketball ball hoop needs replaced.

Great location and property

House exactly as shown, loved the location, close to beach, town and stores. The house is exactly as pictured. Plenty of space. Kitchen had plenty of pots pans utensils etc. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous week at Margueritte Deville

This was a perfect space for our family. So many things to enjoy. We loved the kitchen and table that accommodated all of us. The beach was a little distance for hauling umbrellas and chairs everyday so we did splurge and rent a cabana and chairs.

Huge Home But Needs Updates

The home is big and beautiful; pool area was fun. However, the home needs updated for the price per night. Sofa cover was filthy, carpets stained, only 3 of 8 TVs had working remotes, theater room but tv didn’t work properly, 2 shower curtains were filthy, refrigerator light was hanging by a thread and shelving was missing, and 100 cigarette butts the fire pit!! We made the best of it but I wouldn’t recommend the home.

Great location and layout—marginal condition.

We loved the location and the layout of the house. Furnishings were fine, if a bit shopworn. More than half the refrigerator shelves were broken or missing, and there was no turntable in the microwave. My email to the property manager went unanswered, and it took several calls and a voice Mail to get a response, which was, “We will send the first available maintenance person.” That person arrived the next day and told us they would need to order parts, which did not arrive during our stay. It was a great week and we loved Corolla, but we will probably look for alternatives to a Kees rental next time.

Nice location & average house.

The house over all was good, needs a little tlc in some areas, but that’s due to wear & tear (ex. Only one side of the toaster barely worked, beds & pillows weren’t so great). Nice location & easy walk to the beach. Food lion was literally right down the corner, which was nice. The tile floors were not cleaned (if they were- not very good). All in all it was a great trip for us & this house was ok.

Great Experience

The house was great and close to the beach. I had to contact manager a couple of times to get the key code to access the property and propane tank was empty in grill so I had to call but they brought out a new tank within a couple of hours. We would definitely stay there again.

Almost a Perfect Vacation

Check in was easy and the house was very clean. The pool and the hot tub was clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing was large bowls. The back yard was nice and we'll maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the first five nights but the AC unit that cooled the bedroom and ground floor went down. Kees Rental did what they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible but due to limited resources, we did end up sweating it out. But to be fair Kees did compensate us to our satisfaction for the inconvenience.

Good but needs improvement

We were a group of eleven people that include six teenagers and five adults. The house was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The inside of the house was clean. In addition, the house was a five-minute walk to the beach. It was a five-minute drive to Harris Teeter and restaurants. However, there are many needed improvements. Such as the hot tub automatically turned on, so it would wake you up in the middle of the night especially if you are sleeping on the second floor. The dryer did not work. The exterior of the house was dirty. Also, you should bring your own towel because there was not enough for all of the guests.

Great family vacation spot!

We absolutely loved the house and area. We did feel the cleanliness of the property needed improvement. (ie: trash can was full, towels outside, drink bottles on the pool deck, needs carpet cleaned) We notified Kees but we did the pick up. We would recommend this place and will try it again in the future.

Family Vacation

House was perfect size for our group of 12. We were not happy with the Volleyball court it needed to be weeded and there were tones of sand-spurs around the perimeter that made it difficult to play so we did not use it much so that was disappointing. the rest of the home pool and hot tub were great and the family enjoyed our stay.

great home, poor management

There were 11 guests the house was big enough, but staff seemed over whelmed, no one took out previous renters towels, or linens, they sat for 3 days in the foyer, no one took out previuos renters trash, bar b q grill had no gas, and there were numerous bee hives around the property, mostly uder deck and steps we had 6 towels for 3 days, and no one came to pick up previous renters towels, ALSO one bed stunk of urine, we called and it was not taken care of, we were not able to use that bedroom,
