Escape to this stunning float home on the tranquil waters of Pend Oreille Lake in Bayview, Idaho. Perfect for couples or small groups, this 1-bedroom and loft retreat sleeps up to 4 guests. Inside, enjoy breathtaking lake-inspired decor, thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of lakeside living.
Relax on the private rooftop deck with panoramic views, or venture out on the provided paddleboards to explore the crystal-clear waters. The perfect romantic getaway!
While we believe in giving our guests space to enjoy their stay, we are always available to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise during your visit. With our 24-hour customer support, you can rest assured that you'll have someone to turn to whenever you need it. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority, and we're committed to ensuring that your stay is everything you hoped it would be. You can reach me at the number listed on the magnet on the refrigerator and it is listed throughout your reservation.
While living aboard a float home offers a unique experience, it may also present unexpected events due to weather, lake conditions and wildlife. Motion sensitive persons may be affected. Raccoons and otters frequent the dock, and you may hear them exploring under the house. They soon move on. A wagon is provided for transporting goods to & from the parking lot, please return to the top of the dock for other guests to use. Please review for your safety and share with your guests.
Electrical Issues: The marina facilities are the site of multiple electric transmission facilities and equipment, as well as submersible electric service. Agencies of the State of Idaho have issued cautionary directives that such facilities create a personal safety risk in the form of electric shock and potential drowning. For your safety, please respect the Marinas rules as posted on the Marinas security gate. The ladders on the dock are provided for your exit out of the water should you fall in.
Children 12 years and under and non-swimmers must wear life jackets when on the docks.
Notice of dangerous conditions and/or Conduct: If you see any unsafe or hazardous conditions, please notify No Wake Zone Vacations . Disorderly or indecorous conduct by any tenant or their visitors that might cause harm to any other person or damage property is prohibited. If there are issues you may be removed from the rental and not allowed to return.
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 9 am
Parking Motorhomes, campers and all trailers or other oversized vehicles must park outside the permitted parking area. No Wake Zone Vacations will give you 1 parking sticker which needs to be placed in the lower driverâs side windshield area or it can be towed at the ownerâs expense. Please leave the parking pass in the float home when you leave. There will be a $50.00 charge if you take it with you. (This is what it costs for us to replace it. Additional Guests must obtain a parking permit from the Marina office or you need to find public parking.
Address: 17008 East JD's E Dock Gate Code is: 3215 Space 25 The house says 25 on the house. When you enter the house, grab the parking pass and put it in clear view in your vehicle asap. The home does not own the parking lot, and the marina is very strict if there is no parking pass and will tow the car to Athol. If you have an extra car, they need to go to the Bayview Marinas office on Main Street and purchase one for $5 per day.
Access Instructions:
Drive into Bayview, go to Taverna (located in the center of town), and turn right into the large parking lot. Park in front of the fence. Go through the gate to the left, and the code is 3215. Follow the dock to the first float house you see on the right. (You will pass many garages) It is the next one!
Please put the parking pass in your car's rearview mirror. If the pass is lost or you take it home, there will be a $300 replacement fee per pass.. (There is 1) This is an insane amount, the Marina is the one charging it, not us, and that is our replacement cost.
