Lakefront guest house, dock access. Kayak, peddleboat, and rowboat... fishing.
Enjoy a lake view with full access to the dock and beachfront decks. Including peddle boat, kayak, canoe, row boat, and an assortment of floats. You can bring your own boat and dock it here also. Guesthouse is located beside the main house, where owners live. Driveway is shared. Sunsets on the water, enjoy a tranquil beach fire. Catch otters playing on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. A minutes paddle across the lake to Sedlemayers, the only lakefront restaurant in town. It's a 10-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) into the town of Spirit Lake, grocery shopping, restaurants and more. Centrally located to Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille and Farragut State Park, Coeur DâAlene and the Silverwood theme park.
Very quiet place. The cabin has everything you would need and the host are friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and make the stay even better.
Coolest bathroom and the fresh ground pour over coffee was fun!
Beautiful lake front property. Great outdoor space. Lots of stairs so do prepare for that. Great calf workout! The peddle boats were fun. The bathroom was really cool
This location was perfect for me, I stayed solo and had a great time rowing around the lake the first night, and eating breakfast in one of the three patio areas. The unit is small and the bathroom is tiny but serviceable. The host were friendly and quick to respond, and it is close to plenty of dining options and Silverwood theme Park. Overall had a great two days in the cabin and really enjoyed the lake views!
The craftsmanship of the cosy cottage feeling private room with adorable bathroom is amazing! It has everything you need in the kitchen area and handy instructions if needed. Falling asleep in the comfortable bed and waking up to the lake and wildlife sounds was so relaxing and refreshing. I
We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The space is small but laid out well and has everything you need. Perfect for two people. We loved hopping in the water, going for a paddle board and having fires at night. Would absolutely stay here again!
I will start off with the few bad I guess. The driveway was a pain to get in and out of with my longbed pickup. The place doesn't have a oven or any way to clean clothes. The bbq is a small little charcoal one but it got the job done. Other then that its a nice little hidaway near the lake. We grilled steaks, took the boats out did a lot of fishing. You will probably need to plan to rent a boat ahead of time if you want to go for salmon, Walleye or bigger fish. Plenty of little fish and bass around the dock. The restaurant across the water is delicious and visiting Silverwood is a lot of fun. Would do again.
Beautiful spot with very friendly hosts. Was the perfect intimate getaway for my wife and myself. Spent time in the boat on the lake and lakeside with a fire to close out the evening. Great spot. Great hosts.
We had a great two-night stay at this property. The space is very small, but comfortable with thoughtful amenities. We loved having access to the lake, fire pit, and grill â the outdoor space definitely made the trip. We would return again for a short stay. Thank you!
Gary enjoyed fishing off of the dock. We relaxed and read. We had a good time.
Accommodations were nice and clean. The overhead light had a glare when we were reading. A reading lamp, tall one, beside the chair would have been nice. Heidi and Don
were attentive to us. It was a very pleasant stay.
Everyone was friendly, the lake was great. We really appreciate the hosts accommodating our guests visiting at the lake and using boats and the dock the one day. A ductless air conditioning unit would be a real benefit to the property.
We enjoyed our stay very much! They were so accommodating and welcoming! They left us blankets by the fire when we got back late after dinner and just really made our stay so nice. The place is the perfect tiny living house and was so cozy! We loved every part and every detail. Thank you so much!
It is a beautiful little tiny house. I love the way it was designed. The bed isnât the most comfortable but for a few nights it will do!!!! They were very helpful and kind
I wish we had one more day at this place. The hosts are incredible. They are personable and enjoyable to visit with. The place itself is small but you donât need much when you are going to sit by the lake, swim and just relax. It was perfect for us. The wet room (shower and toilet) all in the same space was first for us but it was awesome. Definitely give this place 5 out of 5 stars.
My wife and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful lakefront property. Don and Heidi are kind, generous hosts. We appreciated the many and various amenities included with this affordable listing. While dining at Sedlmayer's restaurant, a nice lady told me that visiting Spirit Lake is a real treat. I couldn't agree more.
We only had the opportunity to stay 2 nights and this well designed studio. We wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the lake, fire pit and other amenities. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. I would mention that the bathroom is technically a âwet roomâ which means the shower, toilet, sink are an all-in-one, so plan on getting ready (if you need to do hair/makeup) in the bedroom area. Overall we were very impressed and hope to make it back someday.

Small
Not sure if we were in the right place. Looked like we in someone else's driveway. Small bathroom/shower had to remove toilet paper holder to take a shower.
We've been hosting guests for many years, we enjoy sharing our beautiful lake and view! We live in the main house and are opening the guest house to our visitors! Hope you love it here as much as we do, all seasons are wonderful. Swimming, boating and fishing all summer, and lots of hiking and bike riding during fall and spring. Our magical winters get plenty of snow for sledding, tubing, snow skiing and ice skating or fishing on the frozen lake.
Lake front property is wonderful and idyllic, Spirit Lake is a great small town to explore. Restaurants, shopping, antique stores, hair and beauty, grocery and even E-bike rentals!
Enjoying a double kayak, peddle-boat, canoe or row-boat! Waterfront sunsets, each one is unique and beautiful! Fire pit on the shore is the perfect end to a fun-filled day.
