With parking for up to four vehicles—two in the garage and two in the driveway—your arrival is seamless. (Note: No on-street parking per HOA regulations. There is overflow parking available across the street from the property in two locations.)

In the summer, tee off on the stunning 18-hole golf course, hike or bike along the extensive trail network, and soak in breathtaking mountain views. In winter, the golf course becomes a Nordic track, perfect for cross-country skiing. Nearby, Granby Ranch Ski Resort offers wide trails and a relaxed vibe for beginners. For more advanced skiing and snowboarding, Winter Park/Mary Jane is just 15 minutes away, with convenient access via car or the hourly bus from City Market that drops off right at the lift.

This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Open up the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow through. Ceiling and box fans are located throughout the property to help create a pleasant breeze.
For colder weather, the in-floor radiant heating keeps the space cozy, though it may take up to two hours to reach the desired temperature. Please note that increasing the thermostat setting will not accelerate the heating process.
Trash pickup is scheduled for Mondays and is collected directly from the garage.
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that Chain and Traction Laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you are comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
