À quelques pas de la plage, ce chalet confortable et abordable de style Grayton est l'endroit idéal pour une petite famille ou quelques amis à la recherche de tous les avantages du front du golfe sans le prix. Vue sur la plage et le golfe depuis le porche. La maison est directement en face de la promenade de la plage. Le grand pont avant est idéal pour se détendre l'après-midi tout en écoutant le bruit des vagues frappant le rivage, ou tout simplement pour attraper quelques rayons sans obtenir de sable. Promenade facile au célèbre Red Bar et Chringo et aussi aux célèbres boutiques de Grayton. Cette maison et Seabreeze (144224) sont les 2 maisons de 2 chambres les plus proches de la plage de Grayton. Cette maison est un grand débordement de Eagle's Nest (144150) Grayton Point (144224) ou Seaspray (143320). Wifi gratuit. Téléviseurs à écran plat. Location du samedi au samedi. Perfect beach house for a small family

House was clean as a whistle and perfectly located near the boardwalk to the beach. We also enjoyed the large, sunny deck (especially when the winds kicked up on the beach).

Quaint Cottage, Excellent Location with Views of Western Lake

We loved our stay at this property and will be back! Can't beat the location for beach access. Easy biking distance to the hustle and bustle of Seaside.

Great little gem on the beach in Grayton!

I never thought I could get a small, inexpensive rental on the beach in Grayton. Everything around this property is huge with 5, 6, 7 bedrooms. All we needed were 2, and this is right across from the beach boardwalk. Lots of space, nice porch, easy to go back and forth to the beach multiple times per day. Also one block walk to the Red Bar and Chirringos. Well worth it with a small crew!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent Experience....even the weather was fabulous. My hesitancy in renting this location again was how far we had to walk & carry our umbrella, chairs & beach bag to get on the beach and away from the trucks that are allowed to drive on and park on the beach.

Easy walk to the beach. Just minutes to several other beaches and local restaurants. We like the fact that everything is on one f floor. We would have enjoyed it more however if there had not been houses built right in front of it which obscures the view to dunes beach and water.

Rainy days at the beach even good

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, we cooked, hung out during rainy days, enjoyed beach and biking. The dog loved it even more than we did, I think. The wifi was iffy, a technician came to try to fix, not much luck. Otherwise a great stay.

The house is nicely updated and very clean. Easy access to the beach and lake, nice views from the porch. We had a little trouble with the keypad but the property manager was prompt and very helpful. We will be back for sure!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grayton at spring break is very congested. At other times it is more restful. The beach is still beautiful but you share it with hordes of families. And driving anywhere is a nightmare.

Fun Time at Seaview!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a more authentic Grayton Beach experience, this rental is for you. I brought along my dog for the week, so the large front deck was perfect and allowed us to sit out nights in comfort. Easy access to the beach and Red Bar/Chirango's. The house has more of beach vibe, simple and clean. I locked myself out of the house the first night with my dog locked inside! and the owners were quick to come to my rescue. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, had everything you need for a great beach vacation, nice televisions but poor cable service. Normally watching tv is very low on my list of concerns when I'm at the beach but it was opening weekend for college football and we were unable to get several of the big games. The owner did everything he could to help, and ended up putting a call in to cable provider and I'm sure the issue is corrected now, we will be back!!

Quaint beach cottage with tremendous location for beach access

Reviewer Comments: I don't have the time this week to write a thoughtful review, but I do want to convey a few improvement suggestions: The shower head in the hallway bathroom is way too strong - painful in fact, not to mention the amount of water it waste. It doesn't have a adjustment knob. We were asked to sweep the floor, but there wasn't a dust pan - used a piece of cardboard. Other than that, we loved this small modest beach cottage with a fantastic location to launch our paddle boards!

Seaview Perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a 2 bedroom house close to the beach in Grayton Beach and Seaview was absolutely perfect! It was literally 20 yards from the boardwalk beach access, the porch gave us a beautiful view of the beach and salt pond, and the house was on a dead end street so traffic was not an issue. We couldn't have asked for a better fit for this trip. House was ultra clean, had plenty of clean towels, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, etc. that we often have to go buy at other rentals. Seaview even had coffee filters!!! Because of the attention to detail from the Grayton Coast Rentals our stay was wonderful! I highly recommend and plan to stay there again soon!

A GREAT HOUSE FOR OUR FAMILY!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Sea View in Grayton Beach was just perfect! My husband and I have 2 small children(1 and 5), and the house was just fantastic...happy, colorful and so nice and clean. One of the best things we appreciated was the small wiring around the porch railing. There was no worry that our one year old would take a tumble off the sitting area. The bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was set up nicely. Lots of light from windows to let that great Grayton sun brighten up our days!! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. One convenient thing about Sea View is that it is only a few steps to the boardwalk for that unforgettable beautiful walk out to the beach...sugar white sand, blue ocean and sky, colorful umbrellas and much fun and laughter awaits. Same time next year....and, we hope, many more for our children and us to look forward to!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We escaped to Grayton Beach - Seaview - for a few days when we had to leave our home due to a remodeling project. It was awesome. Since it was the off season, we enjoyed empty beaches, empty restaurants and empty bike paths. The house is REALLY close to the beach (some beach and lake views), very well equipped (the kitchen had more pots and pans than my house, even a crock pot), and beautiful sunset views from the front deck (with lots of seating). Since the house is dog friendly, we even brought our dog. She loved walking the very friendly, eclectic neighborhood with us. Seaside and Watercolor are not our style. This is a real beach community, not suburbia at the beach. The staff at Grayton Coast Rentals was great (Thanks Cole, Kitty, Catherine and Jennifer!). I highly recommend this house and Grayton Coasts Rentals. We will be back!
