At this peaceful and centrally-located duplex, you will get you a cozy, comfortable, and spacious feel. You are in central Frisco and surrounded by tons of food, bars, entertainment, and minutes from Old downtown Frisco. You are a 5 min drive from the National Soccer Hall of Fame/Toyota Stadium. You are minutes away everything you may need!
**Upon arrival we do have a Pre Checkin Procedure that requires Fully refundable $250 security deposit and a signed rental agreement.
You have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Great size closets and kitchen stocked with all essentials needed. You have your own private patio area and a small garden area fenced off just for you! You have your own parking. Enough space for two vehicles.
* Each of our properties is thoughtfully stocked with a starter supply of essential items to ensure a smooth and comfortable check-in experience. Guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items needed during their stay.
You will have access to the entire apartment and you own parking space. easy and convenient entry is with key pad access.
You can reach Volonte Management Team directly24/7 through the airbnb app and you will receive a direct phone number contact as well at booking!
We work diligently to answer all your messages in a timely manner. During normal business hours between 8am-5pm, we will be able to answer any questions extremely quick. Anything outside normal business hours please give us some time to respond, as we will answer all questions as soon as possible. We strive to have to best communication with all guests.
If it is after business hours and you need immidiate assistance, please make a phone call to the number on file for your booking reservation. We would be more than happy to take your call and help assist you in anyway possible.
