Venez découvrir cette beauté récemment rénovée et récemment meublée de 2 chambres à coucher, Loggerhead Cay n ° 403, située à quelques pas des plages de sable et du golfe du Mexique! En franchissant la porte, vous serez au paradis de la plage! Cette unité de coin exceptionnelle située au dernier étage présente des plafonds voûtés, des poutres apparentes et beaucoup de lumière naturelle! Récemment mis à jour avec tous les tapis et planchers de bois neufs, peinture fraîche, cuisine et salle de bains rénovées, et meublés à la perfection avec une touche de plage apaisante. L'emplacement est imbattable avec un accès facile sur et en dehors de l'île, ce qui permet d'éviter la circulation en saison et encore mieux d'être à proximité des kilomètres de pistes cyclables de l'île, proches de nombreux magasins, restaurants et plages publiques! Ne manquez pas votre petit coin de paradis à Sanibel!

Les équipements du condo incluent: 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain - 1 lit King size, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit gigogne (6 personnes), 3 télévisions et lecteur DVD, WIFI gratuit et câble, cuisine entièrement équipée, piscine partagée chauffée, dans la suite laveuse et sécheuse, barbecues au gaz pour barbecue public, jeu de palets, courts de tennis communautaires, accès par ascenseur. Sanibel

As with all the properties in the area recovering from the hurricanes, it shows mostly at Loggerhead Cay in the landscape and club house. But, the condo we were in had been recently updated and was beautiful! It was clean, well organized, spacious, close to the beach with everything you need, and had a comfortable king bed. The pool was warm and crystal clear! We had excellent communication with the property managers. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Review

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The accommodations were as pictured and described. The property was very clean! We had everything we needed to have a wonderful relaxing week! I would have rated it 5 stars overall but we had trouble entering the property at 8 pm upon arrival, a neighbor had to help us get in the door. Unfortunately we got locked out of the condo the next morning because the lock was broken. It took 3 hours to replace the lock the next morning. The Property Managers were excellent managing the situation and gave us a gift card for our troubles. Unfortunately we would have preferred and requested to have a late check on the back end to compensate for time we lost the first morning but the owners declined since they were arriving at 1pm. The declined request to stay until 12 pm vs 10 am since we had a late flight was a bummer.

Absolutely Fantstic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent a quiet week together at this beautiful condo. Skeptical at first as the pictures looked a too good to be true, but everything was exactly as pictured (better). The unit was clean, completely updated, had everything we needed, and comfortable. By Day 2, we decided we'd be coming back to this very unit again. The location is outstanding and less than 10 minutes from just about everything (except Captiva, which is about 25 min away). The beach is a 2 minute walk past the pool and there's a closet full of everything you could need (we even left some nice shelling nets for the next guest!) Management company was outstanding to deal with. We had no problems at all, but Anne reached out to us a few times just to check in and make sure things were going well. The communication and process was seamless. We'll definitely be returning and using this company again.I honestly couldn't recommend this unit or the management company more. A+

Nice place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great place to stay. The only issue we had was our dishwasher was broken and they were waiting for a new one. Unfortunately it never arrived the week we were there. We were a little disappointed that there wasn’t any condiments and water stocked in the fridge. I am used to staying at Airbnb’s where that’s provided for you. Everything was clean the place was nice and the people were friendly.

Excellent Vacation Location

Our condo at Loggerhead is an excellent unit for a couple or small family. The condo was well equipped and in a great location as an end unit with no one above us. Nicely furnished with all we needed for an enjoyable vacation.

Restful time at Loggerhead Cay

The time at the condo 403 Loggerhead Cay was restful and very enjoyable. The condo was very nice and was as listed. The beach is right there and you are just a short drive from local restaurants we enjoyed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit before, so you know it is okay. However, as we age we find all the beds could use better mattresses and all the covers could be cleaner (not the sheets), the duvet covers and quilts. There is no way for us to wash them in the tiny but otherwise adequate washer/dryer. Also, we could use one comfortable chair with leg lift for our disabled person. We use folding chairs to supplement. Kitchen needs better knives and small wine glasses. TY is barely adequate. Our kids units had better equipment.

Fantastic experience

We were on a flight to Miami and found out our cruise was canceled. We scrambled to find a rental car and checked Vrbo for a beachfront propitious ensure our vacation wasn’t ruined. We have never been to Sanibel and the condo and location gave us an experience much better than we could of expected. Sanibel is so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The shells found on the beach were unbelievable. The condo was clean, up to date, equipped with everything we could ever imagine. Absolutely wonderful experience. Not a single complaint.

A Little Bit of Paradise

Excellent condo and property. Beach and pool were steps away. Location was an easy on and off of the island. I would come and stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great place to shed the COVID stress! Updated, well maintained, and impeccably clean. Steps away from the pool, and a few more steps and you've got your toes in the Gulf! Pretty awesome location just minutes bike ride away (actually faster than by car) from all kinds of restaurants 5 min bike ride to the marina, cruised on the Sanibel Thriller around the island, lunch overlooking the yachts, bike ride back to the condo to relax on the lanai! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was high quality, like the beach chairs, towels, etc. Didn't really need to bring anything. Not only are we recommending it to friends and family, but we'll be back!

Great but needs a deep clean

The property’s location is great! The decor of the condo is thoughtful. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo, however. When we arrived there was still a decent amount of food stuck on the cabinets and the wall as you enter the condo. I spent some time wiping things down. The condo is definitely in need of a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning.

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location

This was a fantastic location for our family. Everything was beautiful, extremely clean and very welcoming. It was very relaxing sitting on the lenai. All of the amenities were perfect and we would highly recommend this unit for the location and being "current" and not outdated. We loved the seaside decor!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose to wipe everything down when we got there and was quite surprised how dirty the lysol wipes were. The kitchen table and chairs were the dirtiest. The carpet is stained and could use a cleaning. The furniture is very uncomfortable. The updated shower stalls are very nice. The patio needs some attention also, but has a nice view.

winter getaway

Sanibel is great anytime of year..We have visited many times since 1980. Loggerhead Cay is the only place we have ever stayed and in many different units. although an older complex it is very well maintained and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The twins mattresses need an update, not comfortable. The sofa bed was more comfortable than the beds. We were disappointed with the sheet sets in the master bedroom and had to was ALL of the 3 cotton blankets; they were poorly folded and looked used, not packaged nor did they smell washed/clean. The king sheets were worn and torn. This year, due to COVID19, more than any other year should have been a high priority for guests staying at the property. The kitchen cabinets were messy, nothing made sense as to where items were stored.
